Placed a take out order for 2 combo plates. Brisket, turkey, chicken and sausage. Every meat was extremely tough and dried out but also greasy. Solid portion sizes of everything with the exception of the sausage, which was a 3” section of a link. The Mac n cheese had separated, but I can’t put the blame of that on them since it was take out. This was really disappointing because the other times we have eaten here over the years have been fine, never amazing, but never bad. It was also super dead at 630 on a Sunday which was mind blowing to me, until we got home and opened the food.
The pros: servers were friendly and the manager was understanding on the phone. They agreed to refund the food as long as we returned it within 24 hours.

My wife and I met a friend and her 2 kids here for dinner. The outside seating was perfect for the kids and we were able to bring our dog.
The server was wonderful. So accommodating, attentive, and she had a great attitude.
The food unfortunately was sub-par. The meat was dry. We each ordered different meals and not one of us was blown away by what we ordered.
This was an out of town, half way meeting point for us, but we won’t be going back.

Went here for the first time & it was awesome. Delicious food, fun games & great outdoor space. Parking lot nearby that they validate via a kiosk.

$15 for a much bigger portion of brisket than I was expecting but food is mediocre. No smoke flavor whatsoever. The house sauce they put on it was watery and bland. Sides of slaw, beans and hush puppies were cheap quality for sure. Nothing I would ever come back for. Service and atmosphere was decent.

I had high hopes walking into BBQ Factory, but this was hands down one of the most disappointing BBQ experiences I’ve had.
Let’s start with the food — which is supposed to be the main attraction. The brisket was incredibly underwhelming: dry, lacking any real smoke flavor, and tasted like it had been sitting for hours. The fries were equally bad — definitely not fresh, limp, and tasted like they had been reheated from the day before The mac and cheese? No flavor whatsoever. It somehow managed to taste like absolutely nothing, which is impressive in the worst way. The hush puppies were served warm, not hot, like they had been sitting under a heat lamp just long enough to forget about. As for the baked beans, they were bland and forgettable — not even worth finishing. At least the turkey was decent.
If there was one bright spot, it was the arcade, which at least gave us something to do after the disappointment of the meal. That said, even the arcade had its issues — the Nintendo controllers were filthy and sticky and so were the floors, which made it feel like hygiene isn’t a priority here either.
Bottom line: save your money. There are far better places for BBQ — and cleaner arcades.

Everyone has they’re own unique tastes and preferences. But if I spend 28 bucks on a full wrack of ribs. I atleast expect it to be warm. I dont know if its the bringing the food upstairs but the outsides of my ribs were basically room temperature. Flavor was fine. Didn’t really stand out above other places however. Kids loved the games.

Hadnt been in a while and probably won’t be going back. The food was mediocre. We got the 3 meat mess tray to split. The smoked turkey was good, the brisket portion was small and was mostly fat, the smoked sausage was laughable. It was maybe as long as a finger and burned. The service was terrible. We had to flag our waitress down several times. We were waiting on our check and I went looking for her just to find her standing at the bar just talking with another employee. Worst part of that is $21 was already added as a tip to the bill. Camel City has fallen off. Im going to assume they dont really have a dishwasher anymore as pretty much everything is served in a disposable. For the prices you’re charging you could at least serve the beer in a glass.

Great time at this place. The atmosphere is amazing with it’s whimsical decor. The old school gaming systems at the tables are awesome! I had the “Big Bad Wolf” which was pretty good. Their brisket isn’t quite up to par with the best ones I’ve had, which is the reason for the 4 star. The hushpuppies though are very good, as is the ranch. We sat at the first floor which is self serve. You put your order in at the front, then pick up your order, sit down, and clean up after yourself. If you sit on the 2nd level, you have a waiter. All in, a really good experience and I’ll be back.

I’m a regular here and literally have never had one bad experience. Had Ryan take care of us at the bar and made great old fashions (which is our to go). Very easy to talk to and we could see he is definitely a people person.

Had the smoked wings, which even though was great with that sweet chili sauce (first time trying it) it was alittle expensive camel city…but I’ll pay just about anything if I like it enough. Other than that prices are reasonable. Also we had the smoked sausage plate and the chocolate cake.
YOU CAN NEVER GO WRONG WITH THEIR CAKES. BTW stop buying the banana pudding people it’s my favorite!
Lastly shoutout to my girl Emily. I always have 100/10 service from her and great energy. Great job and service all around from downstairs to up. camel city is definitely a staple in the city. Must try!
