Today was my fiancée’s & I’s anniversary. We’ve got big plans for next weekend so we wanted to something small for the day. We did some shopping & ended up at Outback & hands down it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had!
The manager Bryce was absolutely AMAZING. He found out it was a special day for us & they went the extra mile to make sure it was a memorable experience. Our waitress Verity was also phenomenal! You have no idea how much you made our great day into an amazing one & we’re so appreciative.
We’ll definitely be coming back!

Placed a delivery on there website on New Year’s Eve a little before 8 pm , 9:15 rolls around and no movement (which is handle by door dash) so I called and there was an issue with pairing order with the driver. The store made me a brand new order and we went and picked it up and they took care of everything . Super friendly and incredible customer service. Things happen and they did not have to take care of us like that but that’s the kind of people running this place . One of my favorite places in st Pete !!! Outstanding . You have me as a customer for life . Happy New Years.

I thought Outback was a good restaurant but I was disappointed with this one in St. Petersburg.
When entering the smell was so bad like dry unclean food on the floor. The bread was very cold and and the flavor was terrible.
I ordered the Alice chicken from the menu and I was so disappointed when I saw that the plate was as small as a snack, not worth it for the $21.00 that it cost. That without mentioning that it was cold. The flavor was horrible.
I do not recommend anyone to come to this restaurant if you want to have a decent meal and time with your family.
In short, they do not value people’s money with the terrible service they offer.

Very impressed with our overall experience on a busy Valentines Day. Call ahead seating resulted in a warm reception and minimal wait. Server Wil was outstanding – very attentive. The manager was visible and assisting where needed. I also want to comment on repeated visits to this location. It’s obvious that many staff have been there for some time. It’s also obvious that they are very effective, patient and attentive when dealing with patrons, including seniors. Good menu, good food and service. Good value overall. Well done!

This outback has been in our neighborhood for many years. We usually go on a Wednesday as they offer specials there. I had a chili, fully loaded baked potato, 6oz sirloin steak, a cheesecake slice, and lastly a beer.
She got a hot tea, Cesar salad (very disappointing), a plain potato, 6oz sirloin salad and also a baked potato.
The whole thing came to $70.00, which I thought was on the pricey side of thinks, however, our server Dakota was amazing, and I would recommend him to anyone!

We ordered 2 dinners and one w/extra shrimp for my husband. When I got home we realized we were missing the shrimp. I called store and spoke w/mgr. David. He said he felt really bad I had to come back and offered several options for credit or replacement. I decided to go back because we are close. David not only replaced shrimp, he added 4 extra shrimp plus cheesecake and a bread. Later when I ate my steak, I realized the original extra shrimp were in my order. I called David back and told him because I didn’t want an employee to get in trouble for my mistake and the guy that brought the original order out was so nice and polite. I asked him to charge my account and he said, no, just pay it forward and do something nice for someone else. He already knew because he had spoken with employee and knew it was put in wrong plate. Our food was delicious and I’d say that was exceptional service. Thanks Outback!

Outback Steakhouse is one of my favorite restaurants. I visited the 4th street location twice in the past 3-4 weeks. Excellent customer service, warm atmosphere , delicious and reasonable prices.
Specials including dessert starting at $14.99.
I enjoy the Alice Spring Chicken and mashed potato or the burger with blooming onion with fries or bake potatoes. A cheese cake or chocolate cake which comes with. The food is always fresh and they give large portions.

Three other ladies and I enjoyed our dinners in a comfortable booth next to the bar. It was quiet enough for conversation. My margarita was awesome and only $8 at happy hour!
Everyone enjoyed their food although some said the meal (for example the salmon dinner at $27) was expensive! I had the Delmonico which was pricey but I hadn’t had one in years. It came over done and a bit tough although I asked (according to their color chart) for it to be medium and it was not. However, they immediately came out of the kitchen and put a new one on for me not taking back the old one which I then brought home and put in the freezer using the acceptable portions for snacks. The seasoning they use on their steaks is absolutely awesome! I meant to ask if they sell it but forgot. Dave, the manager there has been extremely helpful and gracious in the past so I definitely go to the 4th Street location even though I am closer to Seminole!

This is not medium rare. I’m not sure what it is, actually. Definitely in the top 10 worst steaks of my life. Sinewy, tough, burnt, raw. Steak isn’t that hard. This is what you get when you grill frozen steak. I hope to god I don’t get sick.

Had an amazing dinner at Outback tonight! Our server, Verity, was absolutely fantastic! She was attentive and friendly throughout the entire meal. The steaks were cooked well, and Verity made sure we never had an empty drink. She checked on us often and was very helpful with our special Valentine’s selection.
