Out of 4 different places in town I went for catering Kokas is the only place that actually took the time to give me a price and a very good prices at that. Had gathering of 60 people and they were on time, hot and fresh and everyone there loved the pizza and were raving about it asking where it was from. Kudos to Kokas!

First time ordering, the delivery was quick, the pizza and nacho supreme were delicious. They do not skimp on toppings, this is our new favourite place for pizza. Can’t wait to try more menu options!

I never review as I never really get irritated when I eat out. Tonight I’m irritated. Tonight was the 4th time I’ve ordered from your restaurant. I always order your buffalo blue cheese wings and I always pay for extra sauce. I like my wings full of flavour.
Tonight I’ve recieved wings which are dry with I’d say the sauce rubbed off on a towel before boxing up for the customer.
I’ve ordered multiple times saying okay this is clearly just a mishap maybe a new employee who can’t read the orders, but nope this is how you send wings. You send wings dry with no sauce and no flavour. So as of tonight I will no longer support or give you any money for your poorly wings. It really ticks me off that I pay you extra money to put more sauce on the wings and you don’t even put a little sauce on them.

Best pizza spot around!!! My family eats alot of pizza and this is definitely become our favorite!!!!! Best wings also !!! We drive from out of town just to enjoy the quality!!! Well done!!!

Best pizza for the best price in town. Solid slices, generous cheese and toppings. The slices hold up good, and their food is not greasy. Chicken wings are plump, crisp and juicy. So many sauces to choose from. Store-front is clean and service is efficient. Order extra for leftovers and you will not be dissatisfied.

Ok I’ve always liked ordering from Koka’s, pizza is amazing and I like supporting fellow Albanians but seriously with the attitude the girl who takes orders has. Let it go for a bit figuring everyone has bad days but it seems to be every interaction with her. She is impatient, rude tone and just unpleasant. Shouldn’t be the person interacting with the customers.

In Chatham for training and decided to go pizza cause well its always good even when its bad I always go to a non big box place to support the little guys and I am so happy I chose this place.!!! I had a nice conversation with a few staff while I waited for my pizza which didn’t take long and they were very nice. I loved their pizza it was ammazzing I ate almost a whole small to myself in highly recommend ordering from here when in the area!
