The 3 young ladies working at 10am were an absolute DREAM TEAM! They were very busy and all 3 worked together like a well oiled machine! I had a fairly good size order and they were sure to acknowledge me and let me know they were working on it. Every item in my order was 100% correct. Store was very clean and welcoming.

I got a sourdough breakfast sandwich and there is over half of the bread uncovered by the egg and bacon… the proportion of bread to egg and bacon ratio is completely off. Pathetic attempt at a breakfast sandwich. Edit: bread is also the crunchier than some chips I’ve had before.

6:00AM after a snowy night and greeted with a super friendly welcome. Asked for a 1/2 dozen donuts, pick em for me, no cream-filled, and got this excellent assortment. Carmel latte was also excellent, not overly sweet, perfectly mellow.

I don’t normally write reviews, but the Houghton, MI. Dunkin’ has been a disappointment 2 out of 2 times. The first time the breakfast wrap I ordered felt and tasted like a blended hot dog wrapped in wet paper towel, but the coffee was okay. They had only been open for a week or so at that point, so I thought they were still working things out. Fast forward a few months, I decided to give them another try. I ordered a coffee, 2 doughnuts and a toasted sourdough breakfast sandwich with sausage and extra chipotle aioli. They completely forgot both doughnuts (I thought this place supposed to be a doughnut shop). As far as the sandwich goes, I received one and it met the definition of a sandwich, so that’s something. It wasn’t toasted, didn’t have any chipotle aioli at all and instead of the sausage I ordered, it had a couple small strips of bacon. Sure, I was disappointed that they didn’t get my order right, but it was still a sandwich, and I was still hungry so I ate it. My expectations here were not high, but Dunkin’ managed to increase my level of disappointment with the quality of the ingredients. The bread didn’t seem like sourdough to me, It was more like 12 grain wheat, but it was okay. The cheese was there but didn’t really taste of anything (maybe this is for the best). The microwaved “fried” egg pucks were of an interesting texture and tasted fibrous like cardboard with a hint of soap. The bacon had a hint of bacon flavor, but it was very mild and it did not exist in the 3rd dimension, but the coffee was okay. I certainly won’t be frequenting this establishment of my own volition. If you like playing Roulette with food orders, maybe this place is for you. If you are unable to dissuade your friends/captors from going to Dunkin’, and you’re being forced to order something, maybe just get a coffee.

It was super crowded when we were there. The staff were friendly, and it was a reasonable wait for breakfast sandwiches. The place itself was spacious and clean.

The coffee was hot and fresh, I know this as it poured all over my leg due to the incompetence of the employee not putting the lid on the cup. Up here doing some off-grid camping on one of my last days here with my last set of clothes and now I have coffee spilled all over me.

Thanks so much to all of their employees, but especially to Nate, who has helped me on multiple occasions, and is just overall a wonderful employee for Dunkin Donuts Houghton!:) anyone thinking of stopping in, you will not be disappointed with the wonderful service!!

Is there a chocolate glazed donut in there? No? You would be correct! The one thing I wanted was my chocolate glazed donuts and when there was none in there my disappointment was on all high. How hard is it to pick a chocolate glazed donut?! Pretty hard apparently for Jazmine to pick one and yes there were chocolate glazed donuts, I saw them there waiting for me to feast upon them. This is my 13th reason why, my Tuesdays will be ruined forever with this disappointment. You should be ashamed Dunkin’, for I will not be dunking into your store again …. coffee was pretty good though ngl, whoever made it props to you dawg
