My husband had never been to a Popeyes, and I hadn’t been to one in over 20 years..so while working in that town that day we stopped for lunch. He looked at the menu and none of the specials were and where but behind us where we didn’t see. Prices are high but we ordered anyway. The worker, who I believe was manager. Was told it was his first time. She never offered up any specials and let us spend way too much. Hubby wasn’t happy, but then to top it off, the food was cold and no flavor. Needless to say, we probably will never be back.

During my last two visits to this location, the service and quality has been exceptionally better than on previous visits. It appears there may be new management, or at least new faces that seem to translate into better service and food quality. On my most recent visit today, I had a special request for my order and it was done with a smile and even exceeded what I was hoping for. Whatever has caused the improvement, thank you!

It was lunch hour but they only had one customer in front of me. The person taking orders was the same getting the order together so I waited a few minutes before I could even order. The person who took my order couldn’t seem to pay attention to me while I was talking. I finally got to order and I ordered four items: 24 wings, large red beans and rice a sandwich and fries. The counter person kept yelling for what she needed (waiting for the sandwich) and someone brought it to the younger manager and she didn’t have a clue and I had to tell her that was my sandwich and which bag to put it in. The counter said everything was in the bag so I left. I had maneuver through six vehicles waiting for food at the drive through when I left. How can they surprised by business at lunch hour I have no idea. I get home and unpack and there is no red beans and rice so I had to go back from home and get it. When I opened the chicken wings there were only 12 of the 24 I ordered and paid for. I gave up. If their hygiene is like their service, I will probably be hitting the bathroom hard later. If you go be prepared to wait and make sure you open and inspect everything before you leave and good luck to you. Having said all that, the actual food we got was okay.

The food was AMAZING! The only down fault was we had to sit for a few to order our food but I am sure they are short staff like everyone elise. The girl at the window was very nice. We had to wait a few to get our food but it was fresh and good

How about, NOOOO! A/C was broken. Mashed food all over the floor behind the counter and kitchen. The staff’s personal items spewed on one of the dining tables. Food was as expected with the dry biscuit.
