i wanted to update my review. i had Cynthia from corporate reach out to me and make sure things were made right! she gave me and my boyfriend a new free meal to redeem themselves and they absolutely did! all the employees that were there last night deserve raise for the yummy sandwiches last night! i am leaving my original review below for reference. thank you jimmy johns we will be forever customers!!
i ordered a beach club with no tomato and extra mayo on the app. i got a sandwich with no mayo, lots of tomato, oregano and oil. pretty disappointed because this location normally does so good. i’m not fan of oregano so this sandwich is just not good.

After having been late to a few key meetings because of 15 to 30 minute delays on pick up from JJ competitors, I decided to give Jimmy John’s a shot, after all their catchphrase used to be “freaky fast”. I ordered at 10:20 AM, drove 30 minutes to the location, and everything was bagged and ready for me. Contrast that with other sub shops that I called that were pushing me out to 11:45 – 12:30pm for 16 subs.
* I also called mid order when I found out that a few team members had tomato allergies. They changed three subs for me on the fly. That’s customer service. 5/5.

I love Jimmy John’s… But this American Fork JJs is the actual greatest one of all time. Cynthia, the GM, is so freaking hilarious, she’ll do anything for her customers. Go here if you want to get smothered in overwhelming hospitality.

Don’t order delivery, they will mess up your order and they know you can’t do anything about it. I’ve ordered delivery from them twice now and both times my order was atrocious. The reason I didn’t give 1 star is because if you go through drive thru or dine in the quality is more consistent. Overall a below average quality location imho.

We came in after a long week to treat ourselves to a nice JJ sandwich and had the pleasure of dinning while Cynthia was managing. She handled several stressful situations, in the short time we were there, with such kindness and respect! She’s a Rockstar! If want JJs this is the best location I’ve been too in Utah County!

Worst people to deal with and they served the most skimpy sandwiches I have ever seen. I will never purchase from this location again. Rude employees with a sharp attitude (find a different job then) and they put maybe…..maybe 2 scoops of tuna on my foot long sandwiches. Waste of money and will be contacting their corporate location.

This is mostly a message for management. I work nearby and needed something to eat after work (not many places are open past 10 anymore). I went through the drive thru on 10/10 at maybe 9:50 pm for a quick Turkey Tom. I realize it was riiiiight before close, but yikes. I’m not even sure there was one full slice of turkey on this sandwich. And those are my “extra pickles”. I would much rather have been told “we cleaned everything up” or “we’re out of turkey” than to have to throw most of my sandwich away. (P.S. there were a couple other people in the drive-thru lane that late!) Room for improvement!

Drive through was pretty long and took a bit, but we were able to get through. Mom ordered an unwich version of her sandwich, but it didn’t come out that way. Luckily we looked at our order before we left the drive through like so we were able to get a new sandwich.
