Ambiance: This was a great place to visit! Just try to count all the stuffed chickens!! Hahahaha!! Also, watch out for the surprise when walking to the bathroom! Hahahahah!! Everything is nice and clean.
Service: Our server was great! She was super friendly and attentive to our needs. She was also prompt with new drinks if they were needed and refilled the sides in a timely manner.
Food: Chicken fried steak, chicken strips, and fried catfish with the normal sides. Everything was amazing!! First and foremost everything was fresh and hot. The breading on all our times was spot on great! The breading wasn’t overbearing. Everything was juicy as well! I loved the green beans and those are never my favorite. The corn and potatoes were great too!!
All in all this was a great experience! It’s my understanding that each restaurant is decorated differently. I look forward to more food adventures ahead!!

The prices listed on Google are not the correct prices for this establishment or for any establishment. The meals here are really good and so is the customer service. The only problem I have and many others I’ve discussed this with is the fact that Babe’s uses pork products to season the green beans. This is misleading, and it needs to be placed on the menu for those that don’t eat pork or pork products.

The atmosphere was calm and nice. As a group of 6 women, we were able to hear each other very well. The server was nice and informative. We felt like family. The food came in a timely manner. The food was hot, tasted and fresh. The restroom was very clean and stocked well. Will go again if given the opportunity.

Chicken fry was great size for a big appetite. Fried chicken was a 4 piece for one person, not sure if they’ll let you share. Little high for the chicken fry, but ok price for the amount of chicken you get. All the meat had great flavor, family sides were great. The biscuits were pretty amazing and unlimited! Will go back!

I ordered takeout on today which I do pretty often. I love the food. But on today once inside I went to the counter to pick up my food. There was only one person there at the front, a young man. He told me what my total was I pulled out my card and proceeded to pay. He asked me “would you like to leave a tip?” I thought about it and said sure. He then asks “how much?” That instantly turned me off. Firstly I am ordering takeout the people in the back are the ones who prepared my food he has not done me a service. A tip is optional and most definitely should not be asked how much someone is going to tip. Although I did not have to I still left a tip but please teach the younger people a better way of providing customer service.

My daughters and I walked in about 20 minutes before close to pick up a to go order. My daughter’s were having a hard night and asked if we could dine in. They were so kind and allowed us to be seated immediately. Lauren helped us and was just so kind to my kiddos. We ended up staying past closing time but they were still kind to us the entire time and did not make us feel rushed or like we were burdening them. We will definitely be back 🙂 oh and the place was so gorgeous with all of the Christmas decor.

This place is amazing. And yes I’ve been here before. And service and quality of food has not failed me with my experience here. I haven’t been here in a long while BUT service was outstanding. Our waiter Gabriel this young man was on point taking care of us making sure we were good with refills on food and drink. Also he answered any questions we had. He was very kind, friendly, respectful and professional. You can tell that he enjoyed his job. He also informed us that he will be working on Halloween night Now on top of the great service is the quality of the food. The food tasted amazing service was amazing that both my wife and son enjoyed it!My wife had a smile on her face the whole time and my son who’s 8 years old couldn’t stop eating. He tore that smoke chicken UP!! They want to come back and we most definitely will and hopefully Gabriel will be working the night we come back. So bottom line if you are looking for good ol’ southern comfort food with great service come to Babe’s Chicken in Cedar Hill. Oh one more thing the atmosphere and location of the place, perfect spot. Perfect place to take the family to visit some of the mom and pop shops. Good small town country setting. And if you like architecture and interior design you will really like this place even more. If you never been there before try to find the restroom! Just a little fun fact . You’ll see when you get there

Went here for the first time with my family and I couldn’t recommend this place enough! The atmosphere was great, the food was delicious, and our server, Gabriel, was absolutely amazing—super friendly and very informative. We definitely recommend asking for him! We’ll definitely be coming back!
