There was a woman who served me named Sweetie, and she’s the star of this review. I was pretty glum and she started up some small talk while making my sandwich, which isn’t usually part of my fast food experience. Usually I just grab my food and go, but she brought a very human warmth I didn’t realize I needed. She deserves a raise and a high five. Also, tasty sandwich :3

Great sandwich. However the management doesn’t know how to schedule staff. One woman working while there were atleast 10 customers waiting including doing online orders.. All during a $6.99 promotion for footlongs is terrible. I felt so bad for her. You need to schedule accordingly..

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I’ve worked at multiple subways and this one is by far out of standard. I went in for a bacon salad. A shorter African American lady was rude and told her employee that it would be a protein bowl, they didn’t give the correct amount of meat. They didn’t even ask the rude lady told me to just go to veggies because that’s all I’d get. I had to tell her my choice of meat. Last I checked a protein bowl was a 6 inch portion of veggies, foot long portion of meat. I got 3 pieces of bacon that’s it. That’s not the correct portion. I will never go back to this subway because this was ridiculous and I do want to speak to someone about this.

I stopped by the Subway in Moline, IL and was really impressed. The staff were super friendly, quick, and made my sandwich exactly how I like it. Everything looked fresh — the veggies were crisp and the bread was soft and warm. The store was clean and well-kept, which I really appreciate. This is definitely one of the better Subways I’ve been to. Will be back

There were two Workers inside the store it took us. I would say 5 to 6 minutes for two sandwiches I ordered an ultimate BMT. I got one layer of meat for that sandwich and it took so long she made it seem like I was getting a lot, but no, she was just placing slice by slice by slice.

I don’t believe my sandwich was toasted and the bread was stale too. So disappointed they were out of guacamole too. Staff was nice but I think I was over charged too.

Employees was smoking right out the door. When we came in they smelled like a ashtray and then made the food. Was terrible smell. Food itself tho was okay. Got turkey with lettuce n tomatoe and really no flavor just tasted bread mainly.

I placed an online order for the wife. Went home and gave her the sandwich. She asked if I gotten her veggie since there was barely any meat on there. Not much toppings as well. I should’ve known it was going to be bad since it smelled like backed up sewer in there. I’m definitely not going back.

Previously had some bad experiences with this store but since February 2025, new staff members are doing a great job. The bread is fresh and soft, the order is correct every time and on time. Good job! Welcome back Subway 23rd Ave!
