The food is good, normal Panda Express. The place is clean and team is very polite. Parking is great, there is plenty of space. There is space to seat both inside and outside. Definitely a place I feel comfortable eating with the family or by myself.

Staff gave my doordash order to the wrong person. When I arrived they claimed they already gave the order away. I called the customer who said they never got it and I’m the only delivery driver issued to the order. They told me this has never happened and they are confused. Staff claimed they saw my customers name on the phone and gave me a dirty look. I could tell the customer wasn’t lieing. Staff here isn’t confirming pickup… they have the order away to the wrong person. It’s ridiculous for them to treat me like I’m trying to steal food or something when they are the ones not doing their job handing food off to the wrong person. I lost thirty minutes of my time tonight on this order having to call support because they didn’t do their job right and the customer never got their food. Ridiculous. Staff treats you bad here as a delivery driver, they should remake the order if they didn’t give it to the right driver. Otherwise they are pissing off two customers at the same time. My customer and myself since I eat here too sometimes.

For a chain restaurant this place is a food spot to come and always expect your favorite. The service is great. The employees always make the food fresh and give friendly service. The place has a decent crowd that comes in to eat. It’s busy sometimes and sometimes a few families come to eat. It is located in a great place to walk around as well. Plus it is very clean and it is always great to get refills of your favorite drink in this hot weather.

This Panda Express is clean, with a friendly atmosphere and good service. The food is good too! The family and I like to stop in at this Panda Express from time to time for dinner. The prices are decent and the service is usually quick. We definitely recommend this location to everyone in the surrounding community.

What kind of entree portions are these?? Been consistent like this last 3 times, not going back to this location. For the same price and better portions, just go to Mandarin Beijing down the road!

Large servings, affordable, ready-made entrees made for quick service along a bar-like serving area. The only things we didn’t like were that the restaurant was loud (not from customers; this was kitchen noise) and we had to raise our voice so the worker could take our order, and they forgot our fortune cookies and we had to ask for them before leaving. Another thing to note: there were no COVID19 checkout dividers.

First time here and honestly will not come again. I arrived at 9:26 pm and they did not have any items available not even the basic fried rice. The lady that attended me honestly only wanted me to go and not take anything since they close at 10 pm. It felt like she had a sense of urgency to hurry and close. The manager or team leader was there and was overhearing everything and didn’t turn a blind eye. I was always taught “lead by example” but that doesn’t apply here. Poor customer service and to top it off the lady that was at the register supposedly didn’t speak Spanish (my main language) the spoke to her coworker right after in Spanish really? Don’t waste your time or money here.

I frequently order online from here, but every time I come to pick up my order, I have to wait for about half an hour. The other day, I waited another half hour for my food. There was a manager dressed in black who was instructing the staff to take care of the customers inside. I ended up getting my food very late. Please find a solution to this issue. I really like this place and order food from here regularly, but the wait times are becoming a problem.
