I paid for a 6 piece tender. Usually when I get them from here they are so big I can only eat 2. Got this to split with my family of 3 and they were so small I could’ve eaten all 6 and still been hungry. You’re better off getting chicken strips from McDonalds down the street.

I’ve visited this Bush’s Chicken many times, and I always have an amazing experience! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The food is absolutely delicious – the chicken is perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The Bush Baby Fries are a standout; they are crispy, well-seasoned, and the perfect complement to the meal. The chicken strips are also fantastic, tender, and full of flavor. The restaurant is clean and the service is fast. I highly recommend Bush’s Chicken for anyone looking for great food and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Never again! CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE DRIVING AWAY!!
We are staying in the Cuero, Tx. area as winter Texans and decided to try Bush’s Chicken. Ordered a 10-piece meal with 2 sides and when we got back to our RV park found out we had been given 2 breasts, 2 thighs and 3 wings once we opened the box.
Not sure how they teach folks addition down here in Texas, but where I went to elementary school that equals only 7 pieces.
Wasn’t in the mood to drive all the way back to the Cuero location, so we just decided to swallow our loss, but nearly $39.00 for 7 pieces of chicken just sat wrong with us.
Do better. BE BETTER.

I did call your corporate office number trying to address this and only was able to leave a voicemail. Guess what came of that? NOTHING.
I also left virtually the same review in my comments to the email address for complaints at your corporate office, as well as leaving a link to this Google review. Again, guess what came of that? NOTHING.
I’m not certain what you’re able to do to “make things right” at this point if it takes 3 calander months to even see and then reply to this review.

Their dining room is always closed. You can only go through the drive-through and they never have gizzards. I just think the people that work there are lazy and don’t wanna make them.

I was passing through and have always heard good things about Bush’s chicken.
The food was EXTREMELY salty (dead sea salty). Maybe I got the wrong batch or it wasn’t mixed well.
Being fair the food was HOT, which is really good so that means it’s fresh. The services was great the lady who took my order was very friendly and helpful. It wasn’t a terrible experience but it was a salty one.

The food is delicious. My stepson brought chicken for my husband with this Christmas money because that’s what he wanted. I was rather disappointed when I saw how much the total was. Chicken is one of the cheapest meat you can buy so I don’t understand how they can charge so much more just for it being cooked. I could make the same thing at home for a third of the price.

The chicken is fried to perfection and is fresh and you can tell that they change the grease quite often. The restrooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. You have to get the tea because its very good and you can but it by the gallon! They have packets of seasoning thst take the flavor to another level of greatness so remember to ask! Great experience!

Where do I start? For one the setup at the driveway is horrible. Your staff doesn’t seem thrilled to be there. The food is dry and it takes a while for it to reach us in the drive-thru. There is no way to see a menu unless people in front of you pull all the way up and have some politeness so the people behind them can actually View it. We will not be there again unfortunately not a good place. When you have staff that is not enthusiastic and they come to you with a 🙁 and jury look in their eyes because they don’t want to be on the heat serving you then I would rather go somewhere else. Thanks but no thanks.
