They were not happy that I had a reservation for 10pm when they were closing at 10:30. Only gave me 1 bread when I wanted another bread when my food came out & also my daughter’s Salmon was uncooked. When she asked for well cooked the was rushing out food cause they was tryna get out of there..They also turned away customers that came in there like 10:15pm

We placed a takeout order from Outback through DoorDash. When we arrived at the restaurant, the app still didn’t even show that the order was ready, but since it was taking so long, we went inside to check. To our surprise, the order had been ready for quite some time.
When we got home, the food was completely cold. On top of that, the bag was covered in soup that had leaked because the containers were not properly closed. There was soup all over the bag and even inside my husband’s steak.
To make things worse, the steak was extremely hard, like a piece of wood, overcooked and burnt, impossible to eat.
It was a terrible experience, from the food quality to the careless packaging. We will definitely never order from this restaurant again.

Our server was very nice but seemed flustered. The Blooming Onion is as always, a delicious guilty pleasure of onion, crust, and oil. Our drinks were synthetic tasting,. Cute colors, terrible taste. Our entrees came out before our salads and soup. The manager came over, but we did not understand what or whom he was blaming, the only phrase I clearly heard was there was someone new. We ate our dinner in a new order, app, entree, salad, boxed dessert. The burger was fine, the shrimp were fine, the fries are in desperate need of seasoning. The cheesecake was very good.

We ordered on DoorDash as we have in the past. I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars ordering from Outback, which makes this experience even more disappointing. The chicken wings were so aggressively over-salted that they were completely inedible. Not “a little salty” overwhelmingly, mouth-puckeringly salty. They went straight into the trash. After being a loyal customer for so long, receiving food that couldn’t even be eaten is unacceptable. Truly disappointing.

My family and I have been to this location several times. Each time we enjoy our food and drinks and the service is always good. However, one particular time we went and my son started having a seizure right after we ordered. It was really bad and they called the ambulance and police arrived as well. The manager and waitress handled everything with grace and were so kind to us. They even comped our meal. We will always support this establishment. Thank you for your kindness and great experience every time.

The service here is absolutely fantastic!! My daughter and I loved our server. She was awesome. We went before the Super Bowl to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. They made her visit very special. Food was delicious, especially our blooming onion … yum!! We were there for 2 minutes before our server got our drink order and she brought them right out. Our food was all correct, fresh and hot. We didn’t wait long at all. We will most certainly be back!!

Of all the years we’ve been coming here, Nathasha might’ve been the best server/bartender we’ve encountered! She was friendly, patient and had such a joyful attitude! We wouldnt mind coming every week if our servers always carried that wonderful attitude! Our food was cooked to perfection and the drinks were so good, and STRONG. Omg I loved this whole experience, we surely will be back soon!

Tyler, our server, greeted us at the door, was engaging and personable. Once seated, Tyler was very knowledgeable about the menu & beverage options, I was glad because I didn’t realize salmon had been added back to the menu and I decided to get a salmon dinner. Our entire experience was very pleasant, our food was delicious and we opted to get dessert as well, and everything was yummy! One of the managers, Derek, came to our table and was nice & professional as well. Thx Outback for another outstanding dining experience, after a long day of work!

Not a good meal. I went with my father. Steak was ok. Sides came out ice cold. The waiter told us they were short staffed. There were only two other tables seated when we went.
I feel bad saying this, but our server really struggled remembering our order. A party of 2.
This wasn’t a cheap meal, and I’m surprised our experience was so subpar.

I normally love Outback but, unfortunately, it was not a great experience at this location. It was our first visit here and probably our last. The waitress was polite but we felt rushed. I wanted to order a to-go dish but she did not return to take that order. Nor did she ask if we wanted any dessert. Our steaks were cooked incorrectly but we were never asked how our food was and we felt like she wanted us to leave, so we did. Unfortunately an awkward experience.
