First time ever for my husband and I meeting our friends for late lunch on a Saturday . Food was delicious, fresh and atmosphere was great,except the server, not very attentive. I had to ask for my drink 3 times before final arrival. We had avocado egg roll as appetizers ,and salads such as Asian, Santa Fe , Steak salad and Ahi tuna salad!! All yummy
No room for desert. Maybe next time will try the famous Pizookie !!

My waitress Marissa S. was exellent, she is kind and nice and she work in Bar area, and that area can be crowded and hard to handle. She check on me, make sure that my meal is coursed and order me another drink. Also she make dessert the way i want so i am giving her 10/10.

Shyanne my waitress was amazing! Very pleasant, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. I overheard her talking to other customers and she was nothing but kind. The food and atmosphere was great as well. Highly recommend the chips and guac and their caesar salad.

The restaurant is clean and inviting. The TVs don’t have closed captions, but they play sports, so they aren’t needed. They have one TV that’s called CHIVE TV that is very entertaining. There’s a full bar with craft beers.
Our waitress, Jessica, was sweet and funny. The food came out quickly, and it was delicious. The French fries are the best I’ve tasted. I’d come here just for fries! I also liked the smoky salsa.
They serve large portions, so I had to get a doggy bag. I highly recommend eating here! I can’t wait until we come back.

BJs always has the absolute best food and brew. I live between the one in Melbourne and the one in West Palm. Melbourne is now leading in the service department. Everything we get has been phenomenal: pizza, pasta, wings, steak, pizzookie and, of course beer! They have a great rewards program too. If you are near a BJs Brewhouse, give it a go. (Just avoid the scrooge-like server at West Palm if you can…normally, they are all awesome!)

I decided to go here for my 24th Birthday because I already know BJ’s is a treat! But 10/09/2025 was the best birthday dinner I have EVER had.The food and drinks are 10 out of 10!!!!. My server Juliana was AMAZING she had quick thinking, knowledge of the entire menu and has only been here for a little under a year. She is just absolutely professional , polite, and fast and that’s what I look for in a server. I cannot forget to give an honorable mention to Carl the manager if I could tip him I would ! He kept the laughs and vibes going all night and made sure I felt special and comfortable.I truly felt like a Princess at BJ’s , the music and atmosphere is amazing. please, please come here and see Carl and Juliana you will NOT regret it!!!!!

My waiter Meek was the best. He was personable, listened, had a sense of humor because I kept teasing him about his name, was attentive and made sure our order was correct and that our food came out on time. I was in town from Dallas, Texas visiting my family that I hadn’t seen in four years and since the death of my father. I was excited to see my cousins and my aunt and we were having a great time until the manager came over to micro manage Meek. Everyone was laughing and chatting as I was thoroughly enjoying myself. I guess the manager didn’t like the fact that we were having such a good time and informed Meek that there was a long line (which was a lie) and people were waiting. Basically, he wanted us to leave. There were tons of open tables all around us, but for some reason those tables I presume wasn’t good enough. One of my cousins is a retired sheriff and she asked him if there was a problem. The manager informed her that there was a long line at the front. She asked what did it have to do with us. He ignored her and called Meek over and said something to him. By the look on Meek’s face you could tell it wasn’t good. After the manager walked away, we asked was he ok and he stated yes, but he was obviously upset. We decided to sit a little while longer and ordered dessert. The manager came back and glared at us a few times and surprisingly there was only ONE group of 5 people who were waiting to be seated and they were seated in a booth behind us. They also glared. Then I stated where they could hear me clearly…”My name is Karen, don’t make me act like one!” My family laughed as well as I. What started out as a great family dinner was interrupted by a rude manager who couldn’t stand to see the joy these Black folks were displaying in “his” establishment. I contemplated whether I would write this review because I was torn, but I wanted to document the fact that MEEK was an excellent waiter and that he shouldn’t have had to be subjected to whatever negative thing the manager said to him as it related to his interactions with us. Needless to say, I won’t patronize that particular BJ’s again when I’m in town, because we weren’t welcomed as we should’ve been and my family stated they will find another location. It was more like we were tolerated. The manager needs some training on how to handle people who don’t look like him. Specifically on his facial expressions and the tone in voice as it was very different in the way he addressed us compared to the way he addressed the other groups that didn’t look like us! It’s 2026, not 1826! I will say the patron margarita was excellent. The Ahi salad I had was divine. The avocado egg rolls were delicious. Everything was great EXCEPT the manager’s attitude towards us!

Worst experience ever! Sat right by the door. Pictures and lamp had dust kegged up on it as if they havent cleaned in a while. Ordered chips and dip. Chips were stail, guac had no seasoning, and the salsa tasted old. Told our server i didn’t want it. She didnt even ask if i wanted anything in the place of it. Once my very blan cheese pizza came out she decided to ask me if i wanted anything in the place of it. Spoke with a “manager” he said they made the salsa a hour ago. Find that hard to belive. Being 80% of their food is prepped including salsa. I order take out and dine in once a week and never had an experience like this.
