We were the only ones in line. Our fries were mushy/cold, they clearly weren’t fresh. My chicken sandwich was barely warm. I would have helping waited a few minutes for fresh food.

Not very clean.ever table was dirty.
Had to clean one to eat.
The slide the food comes down was so gross.I dont think it has ever been cleaned.
Windows were filthy should of turned around, but we were hungry.
Service we lackluster at best if they could of taken the order and then gone back to there socializing that would of been great.yeah.
I love cold fries dont ,everyone .
I didn’t dare go in the bathroom,went to rhe gas station next door.
Its really kind of a shame, the store it self was cool.Nice furniture some different seating.The nicest Hardees I have ever seen.So clean it up.

Love hardees, just not this one. One soda overflowing from the lid another soda only 3/4 full. Our 2 kids meals came w 2 different sized fries in each. Some of the fries were hot some were old. All of this after being asked to pull forward so the 5 cars behind us could be served 1st. Super disappointed and glad we were just passing through and this isnt our local one.

This is so great! Our Hardee’s in New Jersey has been converted to a Carl’s Jr and they did away with the best breakfast options, the Chicken and Steak biscuits. Also have been to Hardee’s in Minnesota without those items. Go Illinois! Woo boo! Biscuits for breakfast is back!

We don’t have Hardee’s here in Northern Kentucky anymore was visiting in Illinois and me my sister and mom stopped in for lunch best burgers we’ve had in ages. Loved it.

We have always stopped at the gas station next door for our restroom breaks on our trips through Illinois. Unfortunately it has become rather skanky over the years so I stopped at Hardee’s this time through. They must have had a recent remodel. It had a modern but comfortable look inside. Open and airy with a variety of seating arrangements for small and large parties. Their regular hamburger cost almost twice as much as McDonalds but then you get a lot more burger also. It will become my new waypoint.

We did get our food in a decent time frame and it was nice and fresh but both the person who took our order and person we saw at Window was so freaking rude!!! Like its not my fault you work at Hardees. Customer service is key!!!!

This is my first choice if im in need of a quick and tasty lunch, let me be more specific this is a fast food place but all sandwhiches are cooked to order so you wait slightly longer than you would at a competitor but this wait is rewarded by delicous and fresh food. I hope that this review continues to be true.

No stars!!! Finger prints on Windows, managers shirt looked like he slept in it ..In training feller shared with me that he wasn’t awake for very long just got out of bed didn’t even know if he combed his hair ,and looked like teeth hadn’t been brushed in a long while… grandma had to wake him up… also it was 12:00 and we were the only ones there …I spoke to the manager and told him what I said to you….he said are you done??? I did say to him there has to be a reason for the lack of customers…. No trying to be mean just wanted to let corporate know what’s going on… Kinda like undercover boss
