Thoroughly enjoyed the service and atmosphere! Was there at 11 and it was still packed! Great friendly service and was able to barely grab a churro muffin, great texture, not overly sweet, but the rock sugar kinda was not my thing.
Loved the Horchata mocha. Wished it could have had more cinnamon. Hhhh…

The drinks are omg!!! Delicious. Absolutely yummy! I just wish the drive-through would go a little faster lol. I still make sure to leave the house early so me and my daughter get our drinks and muffins before we can start our day.

Industry Killers
I’ve came by here a few times ordered different drinks, trying them out. VERY VERY inconsistent. Every barista does it their own way, usually not great. Not only do certain ones have attitudes some days… I get it; it’s early. But man, you can tell they pick and choose what days to be nice. I’ve noticed the girl with the red hair and braces usually slows down the teams. The one that looks like she came out in finding Nemo but ate all the fish. I see her bouncing around from the drive thru window to the front but mainly to mingle and chat. Stirring the same drink in her hand but casually speaking about everything else. I’ve also caught them speaking out maybe things they should speak about in the back. We have elders and children that come in here. Leave the tea in the back. It’s a little glass that divides us with the workers. We can hear you. They also seem to all bicker on who’s going to help out in the front register. They stare at eachother, or you got one saying they’ll be right with you. You turn over and they’re just chatting, slowing stirring or making a drink but very very slowly. But just chatting chatting. Sometimes they forget pastries from chatting so much. Maybe they need some proper retraining so everyone is actually making the same consistent drinks. I know you guys have lists and instruction for the drinks. I don’t get why everyone makes a Frappuccino different, the lattes always taste different. Sometimes too much water, bad espresso shots, they taste like repours from old beans. The Frappuccino’s can be watery/over blended at times, discolored, or flat out overpowering.

They have such good drinks but every damn time they put so much ice in the drinks it’s ridiculous. Even Starbucks doesn’t put this much ice. I shouldn’t have to ask for light ice.

Horrible visit ,, girls who work there got bad attitude because 90% of customers are latinos this place is located on a latino comunity. in front of us was a customer ordering in English and the girl who work there smile and was very helpful and my wife start speak spanish and the girl change attitude throwing the change and receipt .and screaming to my wife to move over to help the next customer. Not coming back

Seems ok, very busy and staff felt rushed to get drinks out (cap wasn’t fully on and spilt, very little to no interaction at the window). Did not have a very customizable selection. I’ve gotten the same simple drink at dozens of places with no issues, but here couldn’t get a “hot sugar free caramel latte”.
