Every-time I order everyone is so friendly! They sometimes take a while, but they always make up for it with the friendly atmosphere! I just moved closer to this Pizza Hut and I am very pleased with my experience over the Ardmore Pizza Hut. Keep it up!

Strongly suggest not ordering with the app. The manager Leslie yelled at the employee rolling my silverware we asked for from the kitchen she was in the dining room. Waitress had no idea what she was doing with register nor taking an order. Perfect example of poor management and after reading reviews it seems to be a trend.. after all that sent the one person out that was actually doing her job and asked me if I wanted to talk to the store manager. That was the worst service I’ve ever seen. Will not come back.

They have a good Sunday buffet. Food is hot & they keep the pizza bar full at all times along with pasta.
Good selection of both pizza, pasta & deserts.
They also have a salad bar which was fresh.
Customer service was ok. They could use a few more waiters during the lunch & supper time .
Especially on Sunday Place was packed but clean.
I noticed that the employees on duty today all had nice attitudes & ask if we had a special requests because it’s hard to put out every kind of pizza’s they sell.
We wanted the chicken Alfredo & buffalo chicken. The cook was fast & let us know when he brought it out.
Like said earlier customer service was awesome. Just need more of them.

I came in to this location and the manager Shawna, well the only way to put it is to say that she is a miracle of a person and I would sing of her deeds here but it is enough to say that she is an example of what being a good person and great manager is all about. From us at pizza huts all over Dallas Texas we salute you for all that you do for your community and your brand. I always use the app when ordering and I have never had an issue with this Pizza Hut. No saying that it will never happen but it hasn’t happened to me yet. The food is always hot when I pick it up. To me the register area and the area to the right of the register always seems a bit “crowded” and things are usually always sitting there. This area could use a clean up. Not very appealing to the customers point of view. All in all it’s a great Pizza Hut.

Much improved from the 1-star experience last time. Wings were good, but pizza was still “off”. Thomas (server) and the manager took good care of our table. They’re getting better.
