Had a fantastic dinner at the Applebee’s in Kissimmee, Fl near Disney World! I went with the 8oz steak, which was cooked perfectly medium-rare and super juicy—definitely hit the spot. My daughter loved her Chicken Parmesan; it was cheesy, crispy, and portioned just right for her. My fiancé raved about the Fiesta Lime Chicken—zesty flavors with that grilled kick and all the toppings made it a standout. Our waiter was on point, super attentive without being overbearing, and kept everything running smoothly. We’ll absolutely be back soon—great value and vibes all around! 5 stars.

The food was out SO fast, my partner and I both got our food within 15-20 minutes. If you visit this location, ask for Desire! She was extremely attentive, accommodating, and has the best sense of humor. May I add that the drinks were fantastic, and cheap? Love this place, will be back again. And again.

Their foods are very tasty and delicious, especially the Chicken Quesadilla they are cheesy and very good along with the Boneless Wings with Classic Buffalo Sauce and they are tasty as I remember, so come on down and have great meal with friends and families. And remember to bring kids cause they love to eat and watch their favorite NFL playoffs on TV!!!

I do not recommend this place. It was a complete waste of time. They are understaffed, the food was served cold, and the wait time was extremely long. There are many better options than coming here. I would not return.

Good family restaurant. Good location. Tonight the service was great. Applebee needs to train their waiters better to explain to customers about additional fees for extra bacon on burgers. Receipt didn’t show it nor was explained. Very disappointing but that’s EVERYWHERE now.

I wish I could give this location negative stars. We were greeted fast and sat quickly, but that’s when the service fell off a cliff. Our server took quite a lot of time to greet us and offer us drinks. After receiving drinks that weren’t even filled all the way, we proceeded to wait (no lie) over 15 minutes for our order to be taken. In fact, we never actually got to give our order because Jay was too busy tending bar. Interestingly, the manager popped out a couple times to look around and not help his staff at all. There were only two servers for about 10 tables of guests. We were the only table not being helped, however. Why we were singled out, I’ll never know, but I can promise you we will never patronize this Applebee’s again. We went next door to Miller’s where we received prompt and polite service. After seeing the plethora of other one star reviews, Applebee’s should look at retraining staff and making sure it’s properly staffed up. It’s not fair to their workers to be so understaffed with management that doesn’t support them.

Desire was AMAZING. We were exhausted after an entire park day and she was just who we needed. She was attentive, talkative, and all around good service. I just adored her too, made us laugh so much and gave us tons of tips for the next few park days. The food we got was also phenomenal. She didn’t like how some food items came out and had the kitchen refire them for us without us even asking. 10/10 experience.

Went in on a date and discovered the place empty. Took the 1 worker who was amazing BTW, a few minutes to seat us. Food came out fast enough for not being busy and the chicken parm with fettuccine Alfredo was very crunchy and tough and my fiance’s fiesta lime chicken was a bit bland. We would of mentioned this to our waitress however a large group entered and we never saw her again. 2 managers just walked passed us and when we told them we would like the check and some to go boxes it was basically wasted air. It was about 30 min from when we finished to when I threw down enough to cover the meal in cash on the table. There was absolutely no body checking us out. To note, we saw several people walk out because of the wait to be seated in what I reiterate was an empty restaurant at 230 pm.

We arrived around 6 pm and it wasn’t busy at all. We waited several minutes for someone to finally seat us, however, after waiting approximately 15 minutes no one came to take our order or offer us anything to drink so we left and went next door to Miller’s.
We are locals and used to eat at this location regularly but this also happened the previous time we came here. Very disappointed as this place used to be great. We will definitely not go back.
