I brought in Galvatron My 11-year-old emotional support dog and currently service dog in training. Although the ADA does not require I showed his paperwork on arrival and paid and sat down I was eating a plate and I had shared some of my meatloaf with the dog and some of the pepperoni on a plate on the floor which is legal under ADA law.
The restaurant manager approached me and asked me to get up and leave and that I was unacceptable to have my dog there. I went through the ADA law which he said straight up because my dog was not wearing a vest or a buy one on the internet service dog badging he was not welcome in their restaurant.
I asked for my money back which he did refund and while he refunded it I continued to give him factual statements of the ADA law regarding service animals.
He said that he was taught from his higher ups at the Golden corral corporate chain and maybe it is to them which this review should be sent You’re improperly teaching your staff and you are infringing upon my constitutional rights.

Been here quite a few times but there has been a steady decline. Maybe it’s new management or maybe people just stop caring but it’s kind of sad from the first visit. The food was still half way decent but the place its self was horrible. The waitress who cleaned the table left a soap film from the dirty rag she used. It must be hard to clean windows as the sludge was caked on and there was literally a dead fly smushed on the window and left there. Also, how hard is it to at least wipe the window seal which also had a dead fly in it. Completely done here. Need to revert back to how they use to be and take some pride in there business. I’m out.

Food is average, price is too high for adults but good for kids. The real problem with this place is the people that go here though. People dont know how to keep control of their kids. No manners, no consideration for anything. People just dropping food everywhere. Its a buffet so you should know how to handle it as such.

Me and my husband went on a Tuesday afternoon for his birthday and we really enjoyed it. The food was fresh and delicious..I must give the lady who worked the salad bar a compliment, she kept it full with fresh vegetables while keeping it spotless, very impressive! Our waitress was amazing as well. Thanks Golden Corral, we will be back soon

As someone with germophobia, I typically shy away from self-service restaurants. Although it was a family decision to dine here, I was already feeling uneasy. Upon visiting the bathroom, I was met with unpleasant conditions – the largest stall was flooded with fecal matter, and the other toilets were similarly unclean, causing myself and other females to exit without using the restroom. Besides myself, I noticed one other person wearing the gloves provided for handling food plates and tongs. The young man serving our tables did an excellent job, being very attentive and even offered to set up the room divider for our family’s privacy.

Very nice staff, waiters, and waitresses. I never have to wait on drinks, and the food is great, especially for a buffet. My favorite items are the meatloaf and potroast, and I’d recommend trying the Mexican rice as well. If you come at dinner time, they have steaks that you can watch be grilled and request your desired rarity. If you plan on leaving a tip, make sure to ask for cash back when you pay, as they don’t do it via card, but other than that, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. All you can eat, good food, at a good price. It’s pretty hard to beat that, especially if you’re part of a large family. 10/10 I would highly recommend.

To be honest I was very much let down the food was no where near like it used to be granite it’s been a good while since I had eaten at one but the meat was tough the food just not done or over cooked the pot roast was the best they had out of it

Servers were great! I thought I would be able to find something that went along with my diet, but it was quite difficult other than the salad bar. I did witness the worker in the back going from station to station handling food, cleaning surfaces, cleaning off something in the sink, touching door handles to the freezer/fridge, and never changing gloves. This is why I stopped eating here 10 years ago. Some things never change.
