We arrived to eat and the restaurant had plenty of tables available, yet the person at the front told us there would be a 10-minute wait. It honestly felt like they just didn’t want to work, because if there are many tables open, those 10 minutes could easily be spent waiting while seated at a table instead of standing at the entrance. Very disappointing first impression.

The staff was excellent! The food was awful. I ordered Salmon and Shrimp. The salmon was overcooked & dry, the shrimp was undercooked. My husband had the ribs and they were bland, no taste at all. There were patrons in the restaurant vaping (secondhand smoke) next to us! I went to use the restroom and had to make a U-turn! The bathroom
is very unclean. I have been to several Longhorn restaurants, and this one is, by far, the worst. I just need you guys to do better! I can’t spend my hard-earned money on horrible food with an unkempt environment. Very disappointed

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was excellent. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu.
The food was fantastic. I had the T-Bone Steak, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. My companion’s Flo’s Filet was equally delicious. The sides and dessert were also top-notch.

I went yesterday Thursday night to longhorn in hialeah and there was no wait and the entire restaurant was slow almost no one inside due to the raining weather. Me my sister and my cousin went to eat and we ordered everything in one go appetizers drinks and entrees. The drinks to a little long especially for a slow it was but that’s fine. Appetizer and Caesar salads came quick. But our food took forever to come out I honestly think our server forgot to send in our food. There was not reason for our food to take so long on a night that was not busy at all. After the food took long to come out the lobster came out raw and the steak dry not once did the server Jackie suggest to take it off the meal since we did not even touch the food nor did a manager come by the table to check on us after we were given food that could make us ill. Me and my family have been to long horn many times but never have we had the food come out so bad and the service be mediocre. We were still charged the raw food entree. If you guys would like to eat and pay for raw food this is the place to go too!:) long horn do better

It was just an ok experience. Stakes were to peppery, we barely could eat it. The drinks were soft, almost no alcohol, the side mushroom orders came half portion and serve as included in the dish. Service was ok but attentive, at the end we ordered a box to go and she never came back to the table. It was not a good experience at this location. We will give it a second chance, as everyone deserves it. Hoping a better experience next time

We were seated promptly. Waiter got us our Drinks gave us time to pick our meals. He was around checking on us often but not too often . Gave me honest review on a meal I had questions about. I took his advise on the chop steak it was good . My son had there only burger on the menu. Great experience. Price was right.
