They need to do better here. There’s a reason the rating is below par. The generation gap is certainly giving a divide here as well. Service training appears needed especially since there’s a travel center for truckers across the street. My food portiobs was unusually small comparable to the majority of TB’s I’ve visited. The food was also cold whereas the beans nd potatoes I added are usually warm. They either don’t carry pepper as most do or when I asked atda counter, the person refused to provide it. I dined in and at least 3 of the tables were in need of cleaning.

This is the crucnwrap supreme price $6.99 as you could see no meat they put more lettuce tomatoes then meat just like few I would say 5 ground meat but there is nothing of meat and the crunchwrap too flat it supposed to be thick. I would like them to add enough meat it taste vegetarian crunchwrap. So sad I was super starving spend my money for nothing no meat inside ugh

Worst Taco Bell experience in my life. Took 30 minutes to fulfill our order. People who came after us were reviving their order, and same was happening to other customers. It was a mess. After waiting that long, food was absolutely horrible. Some food was under cooked while others were really dry food, had to toss half the food. Avoid this location!!

The dining room was clean and orderly.
My kids shared that the bathrooms (male & female had “back-end blowouts on the toilets.” I know it’s Taco Bell…
The service was agonizing. First the order kiosk was where orders go. No staff came to greet or check on customers. Most staff were hiding in the back.
My order AND the customer ahead of me waited 30 minutes for food. This is fast food. Timing should be quick, especially at Taco Bell. It wasn’t even busy on this visit.
The food was alright, but the quesadilla ordered was with guacamole and sour cream. However, the intentions on these additional items was to have it on the side and because the service was missing at the beginning, the end result showed.
None of what I expected from a Taco Bell showed up on this visit.

The service was five stars. The food was if I could give zero stars I would. It was completely stale. Everything was too hard to eat like to. The touch was too hard. The chicken was like a rock and my chalupa crumbled in my hands because it too was still as well ish. For the record, I love Taco Bell but this has been my worst visit ever.

Wish I could give less than 1 star. I didnt actually receive food from this location because the service was so TERRIBLE. After waiting for a human to take my order, I wait a few minutes and order on the kiosk and select pay with cash. Apparently the 2 orders in front of me must have kept them far too busy to accept my cash and the food won’t get made until they receive the cash. I stood in front of the register for 15 minutes until someone finally acknowledged me and I walked out with no food and canceled the order because I was already running late.

Great taco bell. Actually made everything perfect, fresh, and hot. No toilets will be spared after this taco bell trip! Good job! One of the best taco bells I’ve ever been too.

This Taco Bell sucks. We waited for 30 minutes for our food meanwhile multiple customers came in from the drive thru asking for refunds because they were given the wrong food more than once. We got a refund and left after the manager stood and complained to someone on the phone about how they didn’t have enough people. The whole time one of their people was on break. I’ve worked in fast food before, it’s not that hard. It’s really not. This is an unfathomable amount of incompetency in one place. While we were getting our refund the manager started crying. Just do your job. I have no sympathy for stupidity.

Not impressed at all. Their apparent kiosk ordering is definitely not user friendly and if you don’t use it you’ll just stand there with no one even asking you if they can help you. I was just passing through and without a doubt I’ll never return .

Worst taco bell in Erie. My food is ALWAYS wrong, The staff is rude 90% of the time, They always forget things in my order. They gave me Pepsi when I clearly ordered Dr Pepper and my receipt says One large Dr Pepper. I would rather drive 15 minutes out of my way to go to a different Taco Bell just to avoid this location. They also ALWAYS forget my sauce that is included with my burrito, which it says on the receipt that the sauce is included.
