Stopped by Dunkin’ this morning and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and quick with my order, even though it was busy. My coffee was made exactly how I like it and the food was fresh and hot. The place was clean and the whole process was smooth. Definitely one of the better Dunkin’ locations I’ve been to—great service and consistent quality. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I usually rotate between different coffee shops during the week, but there’s something special about coming through this drive-thru. Ordering my usual hot caramel latte and getting to the window to be greeted by a cashier who makes you feel truly welcome makes all the difference. Great, fast service—and most of all, that welcoming feeling keeps me coming back.

I come to this Dunkin’ almost every day and it’s always a great experience. The staff is friendly, the coffee is consistently made right, and the store is clean and organized. I came thru the drive thru very early in the morning and a specific girl at the drive thru could really use some customer service training. She was not very nice and my order was incorrect for one drink. When I came back in for a refund the girl on the inside was very sweet and understanding 10/10 for her. – at the store 10/25/2025

The ladies on the register are normally very nice. I just truly don’t like how I bring my cup to get a refill with a Dunkin Dunuts refillable Tumbler & they make you feel very uncomfortable. It feels as if I’m inconveniencing them and my cup is “CONTAMINATED”. They say that the manager doesn’t allow Tumblers in the back so they hand your drink in their normal cups and they say that it’s up to you to pour it into your Tumbler. I attempted it one time cause I figured it can’t be that bad…..and half of the drink almost poured on me. After that visit I just kept my clean Tumbler in my hands and just took their regular cups and drank it in their plastic cup. (which defeats the purpose of the refillable tumbler, and their wasting company money by still giving me a regular cup every-time someone brings a tumbler) I work at a high end Medspa, where I need to wear business attire. I don’t think it’s right that a anyone would have to pour their coffee from one cups to another and manage no to spill it on their clothing. I’m a loyal customer that goes to Dunkin 5-6 times a week (literally, I’m not exaggerating ) for the past 4 years straight and I never had this issue anywhere else. Now that the Dunkin on 41 is open again due to a remodel, I’ll continue to bring my business back to that location where they refill my cup with no issues and the entire staff and managers are very welcoming.

We go to this dunkin all the time, the lady there is so sweet. I think her name is Brason or Grayson. My little one was sick one day, I order my drink over the app it was about 7 pm Saturday. We ask for a donut, she didn’t even charge us for it. So sweet

can’t pick up the phone when called, forgot cream cheese on my bagel when it says bagel w/ cc on it in bold letters, about a month ago forgot 2/5 items from my order. i have been coming here since i was a kid, but with staff coming and going there clearly isn’t a good training protocol.
