Why didn’t I check the reviews first?! Ugh… A 2.1 rating is almost too much for this place. I paid $40 for my meal and I threw everything but my orange juices in the trash after 2 bites. The service was non-existent. The workers look like they hate their jobs and the food reflects that. There is no way the owner was present.
The waffles were extremely dense and difficult to swallow, the chicken tenders were tiny and soggy in spots, but tasted burnt. Very strange. The eggs were dry and oddly seasoned.
Hard to believe that this food was made by southern cooks. I think the only reason this place is still in business is because it’s in the airport and most customers traveling through don’t know any better and it “looks” like it would be good. Stay away and save your coin. This spot ain’t it.

Grabbed a quick breakfast panini.
It came with potatoes and I bought an OJ, over $21.
Overall the sandwich is okay but the antiquated panini press they use takes some time and is in desperate need for a deep clean.
Potatoes are terrible and inedible. Seems to have been thrown in the fryer and undercooked. No seasoning.
You’d probably be better off getting a breakfast croissant from BK two spots to the left.

Let’s start with the two employees…no personality…I say “Good morning!” And the first lady doesn’t even respond as she walks out the door (both were in the back with nobody attending the counter). I order. Still zero personality.
The food is just OK. Paninis are pre-made, so they toss them in a press. They were very hard. Bacon was undercooked.
Scrambled eggs were fine, sausage is chicken sausage (I prefer pork) but it had good flavor.
Food was a 1-2/5.
As our food was served up, a group of people 8 deep stood at the register as both employees mindlessly did other tasks without even acknowledging the customer presence (one filled syrup cups while the other bussed our orders).
Food is expensive at $16-$19 per item.

My husband and I had chicken and waffles at this place for the first time. We’re glad we chose right menu items. The waffles felt a bit thick, but they tasted good with the chicken! There was an issue with card payment, but it was resolved quickly. However, the tables in the food court were very dirty, with crumbs and receipts scattered around. It seems like no one is cleaning.

Okay chicken waffles. Their payment machine does not work with any international card (debit and credit), further they do not accept cash. The waitress helped us out with this she payed with her card and we paid her in cash. The waffle with chicken is good, the waffle is big and there is more than enough chicken. The amount of maple syrup is also good. The place to sit is quite open and is like a food court place.

The food and the service was the absolute worst. Breakfast was sold out by 9:30. We had to wait to order while the cashier was organizing the display even though the line was growing, no sense of urgency. Chicken sausage was burnt, the hash browns were drenched in grease and the waffle was mushy in the middle. Do yourself a favor and do not eat here, save your money. The employees were completely unprofessional, having personal side bar conversations while trying to place an order. When the cashier returned, she text on her phone the entire time. Why is this place even open? It’s taking up space for a real restaurant.

8am on a Friday (9/20/2024), half of the menu items were unavailable, the line was quite long, and the food quality was VERY poor. Both the sausages and potatoes were extremely greasy; so much so to the point that they were inedible.
Only this and one other restaurant were open. I usually get Pei Wei in this terminal because it’s by far the best option in the upstairs area, but it wasn’t open yet. If this is your only option, save your money and hit a vending machine. It’ll be way cheaper and much better quality.

Someone needs to tell the cook to season the fries and add a little bit more salt to the tenders. Guy was nice though and gave me plenty of fries but they were not crispy. Not many sauces to choose from. Just hot sauce and BBQ sauce. They really need to have ranch and honey mustard for the kids

Customer service is nothing short of ridiculous. The employee covering the counter appeared to avoid the waiting customers, darting in the back and disappearing for large swaths of time, Then reappearing to suggest that we were waiting in the wrong place. We moved to the register, which was apparently the right place, but she darted away again, leaving us waiting yet again. She reappeared and began talking to a couple of friends or acquaintances as if we hadn’t already been standing and waiting for 22-25 minutes. Strangely there were no other customers at the counter but me and my wife. Out of frustration we decided on Burger King instead. If she doesn’t want the job, allow someone else who needs it to serve customers.

African American worker refused to serve me. Asked if I came from another v
Bar. I advised I just landed from Norfolk. She didn’t like that I was smiling, dancing and listening to music. Amazing times!
