They are the rudest bunch of people. You never get what you ask for. I have been a recurring customer everyday for years but I will have to go to another. As I drove away this morning, I heard a male voice saying something about complaining….YES I AM! I CHOOSE TO SPEND MY MONEY HERE AND NOW I CHOOSE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Never consistent. Too much cream…can’t taste coffee, too sweet…can’t digest it. ✌

I try to come to this Dunkin often since its the closest for me. I will be going to other locations after today. The customer service was a 0 in my eyes, after being in customer service my entire career. The man has a rude tone and told me I couldn’t wait at the window for my mobile order that was set for drive thru and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes when a car that came behind me ordered and waited at the window for their order which was placed after mine. The food is always cold or burnt and I go for convenience but you lost another customer.

I went to this location this morning as I do about 3-4 days per week. I usually get the same order but today I decided to try stuffed bagels for the first time! After ordering the bagels, I noticed that there was an option for plain or everything, so when I arrived to the window I simply asked “is it everything bagel”. The female employee immediately became defensive and said that I ordered plain and that “it was my fault”. So unnecessary and uncalled for. I cancelled my order and I was then humiliated and insulted. I went inside to speak to the owner who wanted to just give me a free order, which I declined. I’ve been to this location regularly and I’ve several times that the employees are jovial and warm with white patrons but very cold and aloof towards black customers. I was even told by a colleague to not go to this specific location for that specific reason. Today, this place made me regret every penny I’ve ever spent here. I have called corporate and will contact whoever necessary to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. They have lost a good customer!

Love going through their drive thru. They’re always fast and friendly. The line seems like it is long on the drive thru sometimes but goes really fast. They always remember my nickname so they already know what me and the dog are coming for.
