Here’s why I have this place such a high rating. I’m new to delivering food for Uber. So I had NO idea what the heck I was doing really. But the gentleman working the register “Ken” was so kind and patient with me. I was so embarrassed because there was a line of people behind me. But Ken was so amazing and helped me. I placed a mobile order before arriving and my order was ready by the time arrived. When I got to the mobile order pickup area my food was not there. There was a line that was currently ordering and I made sure not to stand in that line. They took all of their orders and many were already getting there food before mine. I had to flag someone down to get my food even though I was standing in the mobile order indicating order. They really made sure to prioritize their favorite customers first.

Employees were very rude to me. I waited over 30 minutes for my food when I was the ONLY customer in the building. Completely out of line and I’ll never be returning. Customer service comes first and they failed in this category big time! Everyone just standing there!!

Five stars all the way. The chicken at Raising Cane’s is always hot, crispy, and tender, and their signature sauce is hands down the best around – tangy, peppery, and perfect with every bite. The simple menu works in their favor because they focus on doing one thing and doing it incredibly well.

This was my first time eating here. There about five of us who tried it for the first time and we all scored it and I divided it up and it ended up being a four out of five stars. Everyone else got really equal serving sizes when they got their combo just one of my chicken strips was kind of smaller compared to other people but not that big of a deal. The toast was good the chicken was amazing and I liked their sauce. Those types of french fries are not my cup of tea but I do think it could have had a little more salt on it. Overall I was satisfied with my meal and really happy with the customer service and the atmosphere inside the place. I would definitely recommend people to try this place out if they haven’t already. The food came out fairly quickly after ordering and there was no line when I went to order in the first place. My only complaint is that there isn’t a location near me back at home.

Don’t get me wrong Canes is okay. If you go there, don’t do the drive thru. Go inside. We have found that you get bigger pieces inside than you do going thru the drive thru. Try it and see. You will be amazed. Pieces were like chicken nuggets today
