I can’t speak on the food other than my Dad really likes it. I am making a review regarding the service. My dad came in for a sandwich deal. He is in his 80’s and not tech savvy. The deal was only if you ordered online which he was not aware of. The young lady ( I believe) went out of her way to help my Dad use the app to make his order. He was very grateful and loves his subway sandwiches. Thanks Subway Hemet!!

Still the best subway in town. Got delicious sandwiches here today. Hailey, our sandwich artisan, deserves a raise !! Literally made the best sandwiches either of us has ever had at a subway!

By far my favorite subway in town. Pass a few closer ones to go here every time. The staff is friendly and makes good sandwiches every time. They follow what we ask for to a t without complaint or attitude. Tabitha is our favorite but all the staff does a great job. The place is always clean and nice. This location has advantages that others don’t have , such as cilantro.

They are supppose to open at 9:30 today is the 4th of July the employee showed up at 9:30 on the dot & the doors remained locked I have been sitting in my car for 10 minutes and the store is still locked with the lights on subway is in need of new & more employees that are responsible

We stop here tonight got a chicken sub and a hot pastrami it was the worst pastrami stringly like rubber not hot not even warm I rate it minus 2 not fit for a dog at this rate I see thos business going down the tubes I will never go back there again the worst food in Hemet area save your money and your dogs health don’t go here at all can’t believe they call this food they should be ashamed to sell trash like this. I placed an order online, it was a 6’ tuna sub & a 6’ baja steak & jack sub and I’m very disappointed. I came back after a long day at work and this is what I get there is literally no tuna nor meat in the subs.

I placed an order online with GrubHub. They made my sandwich but added vinegarette to it that I did not order. I tried calling but they did not answer my call 4x. My delivery person went to the store and let me talk to the server. I told her I had only ordered mayo. She assured me that it only had mayo on it. When it got to my home it did indeed have vinegar on it. We called the store back and they told me I could not get my money back but I could try taking it to the store and seeing if they would make me a new sandwich. I drove there and the manager refused to make me another one nor give me my money back. I was so upset I threw the sandwich on the floor and left with some colorful words for the staff. I will never buy from this place again and have deleted the app. Don’t expect them to help you when THEY make a mistake on your order. I would recommend you take a screen shot of your order before you hit the submit button.

Some time ago, I forgot to review this Subway, but I will now. My family and I have not returned to this Subway since one day we went there for the first time and were shocked to see that the person ordering in front of us noticed their meat was moldy and told the employee. The customer walked out, and my father and I decided to leave as well. First impressions are important, and we felt they lacked proper sanitation and/or had inappropriate food-handling practices.

Staff works very hard here. It is not their fault that the deli meats are substandard; sorry for the unfortunate pun !! The bread is good and that’s all. Should have gone to Jersy Mike’s; I know better !!!
