First McDonald’s I’ve been to where I had to build my “meal” aka burger fries and a drink. Literally makes you buy each item separately for example “2 cheese burger meal or #7” I had to put each item in the cart, why can’t I just push #7? I ended up just ordering at the counter which was faster in the end. Whatever kiosk system this McDonald’s is using, it sucks. The picture certainly describes the vibe I got.

Went to McDonald’s last night as we searched on the map what time they close and they advertise Dt open 24 hours and dine in until 11pm. Pulled into the parking lot at 10:50 and the doors were locked. So I thought they were probably short staff so I got in my car to pull up to the Dt and it was also closed???? The Dt lanes were both coned off. This is false advertisement and needs to get fixed immediately. McDonald’s on the West side of Washington have not been the best experience’s so far. Let’s hope they can turn it around the Golden Arches let me down yet again.

Every single table was dirty. I went to the counter and asked if they had a cleaning towel I could use to clean a table because they were all dirty. One of the employees told me they don’t have enough help to send someone out to clean the tables. I get this, but then I asked again if I could borrow a cleaning towel to clean my own table and was told no. So I asked, “So I have to eat at a dirty table?” No answer. She just walked away. I went to my camper van, grabbed a towel I had, put hot water and cleaner on it and cleaned my own table. These guys need more staff for sure, and I can understand that, but they need to allow people to help then and not be rude. Also, our order was wrong when it came out and the buns on our burgers were very stale. Won’t go to this McDonald’s again.

We keep trying to give this location a try due to its location, but every time we are disappointed. Most recently I ordered ahead on the McDonald app, I ordered a spicy burger, got a non-spicy one. I don’t understand, the word “spicy” is the first word on the receipt, how could someone miss it. And small fries only has half, it should be called mini fries. No juice in happy meal, we have to go back asking for it. Every time we ordered here we miss something.

Went through the drive thru and absolutely nothing was done correctly by the workers. Large fry was half full, over charged for pumpkin spice latte, which was watered down absolutely no flavor what so ever. Took around 12 minutes to get our order. You would think if you took that much time to fix an order that you would be able to get it perfect.
