Came in today (Sunday) and Randy and Lawrence were welcoming, respectful, and kind. While I was there, a homeless man came in asking for a jacket, and one of them went above and beyond by offering his own. That’s far more than anyone is expected to do at work. Truly great customer service and even better human kindness.

There was just 1 young lady (Bailey I think) working when I came in for lunch on a Monday. As I ate my sandwich (which she made to perfection) I witnessed her speak kindly to everyone in line, work efficiently and never get flustered even though she was the only one there and it was busy. What a great example of customer service she displayed at a time when customer service is almost non-existent. Your restaurant owner should know what a great representative they have in this young lady. She was awesome!

The guy was very nice and the place must be owned by a person with OCD because the establishment looks impeccable. My food has never been prepared with so much care and attention I’m more that happy to pay the price for good service. Try the new rotisserie chicken bacon ranch, it’s delicious.

Went there to get the Happy Gilmore meal which they were out of unfortunately. Food was good, staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. You could tell some staff was waking up which honestly just added to the vibe of everyone being human and understanding.

I took my son in to this subway recently and our sandwiches were great! While there a worker was cleaning and smiled and helped me with getting drinks. The store has a smaller dining space than some, but it is bright and clean. Our sandwiches were tasty and we were treated with kindness and respect. We will be back when we are on that side of town!

Subway always lacks any atmosphere, but that’s only to be expected.
I am always glad to see the staff here and they always mirror that gratitude and attitude very well.
They are very patient and generous while still sticking to the proper proportions.
My favorite staff members to see are Tyler and Randy (the manager).
They are both good at maintaining conversation enough to keep it engaging but also being quick at getting the food made.
There’s never a long line for long.

This Subway location was by far the best and cleanest Subway I have been to in sometime. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Randy especially, he delivered excellent customer service and made one of the best Protein Salads I have had. Kudos to this location and the staff. I will make it a return stop any time I am in this area of Albuquerque.
