This is a tough one. IHOP has always been this Legendary family restaurant chain that everyone has gone at least once. I remember always there was a long wait in a Sunday morning, but they were always fully staff and were able to accommodate everyone as soon as possible with a smile in their face. I decided to go back today after years of not going (pre-pandemic). There was long wait as expected since it is a Sunday morning. 30 minute wait. The hostess lacks friendliness and so did the server. Until i realized what was happening. Half the tables were empty and most of those empty tables were dirty with stacked plates and glasses. I then realized that they incredibly short staffed. 2-3 servers in the entire floor. One hostess doing her job plus cleaning tables. One busser trying to keep up. The food was fine but definitely seemed rushed. I’m assuming they are short on cooks as well. I had to keep waiting for coffee since they don’t provide the endless coffee pots at the table anymore. I do not blame them at all for being overworked. It is not their fault. I can hear people complaining about all this but as someone who has worked in the restaurant business i completely understood what was happening. The legendary IHOP we used to know is long gone.

Food and service is hanging on to a great buy a thread. But a less than clean environment can you create a less than great attitude over a period of time. The place needs a detailed cleaning top to bottom inside and out.

Restroom was HORRIBLE! My friend order the steak platter and it was HORRIBLE ! Waiter was good ! Place need detailing from the ceiling to the restroom! For it to be a Friday night the place was empty my group was literally the only people in there. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all! -0

My server gets 5 stars only because she was excellent. Four stars for everything else. The food is ok. We didn’t have to wait to be seated. The only reason why I didn’t give this place 5 stars is because the baseboards need to be cleaned, the ceiling boards need replaced, and whatever mop they are using need replaced or sanitized because it smells like mildew. I can’t stand eating while smelling stinky floors or tables.

The Colorado omelette is delicious and all I needed. The Belgian chocolate pancakes were still a good add but I couldn’t finish. I haven’t been here in a long time so it’s not my first time but it was nice to come back to this experience!!!
