IHOP in Round Rock is our favorite place for delicious food and fun!!
Sharon and the staff there recently helped us out with our last place finisher in our fantasy football league. My brother has to eat one pancake for each member of the league in a pink tutu and full ballerina outfit. (On different days) lol
They greeted him at his truck and had him prance and twirl all the way into the restaurant.
The staff was delightful and had him singing I’m a little teapot and twinkle twinkle little star in front of everyone!

We hear they will be posting pics of the bearded ballerina online and have asked him to come back again! If so we will definitely make it happen!!

Overall, not bad. I usually love IHOP for breakfast, but specifically at this location, they didn’t leave the coffee pot on the table for us to refill our own cups. I ordered the Big Steak Omelette, and the meat was disgusting—it was gristly and didn’t taste fresh at all. Otherwise, everything else seemed fine. The kids had pancakes, French toast and bacon, and IHOP handled that perfectly. The only thing when you order strawberry filling for pancakes, it is better to ask fresh strawberries instead of Strawberry Preserves, because preserves not tasty at all.

The service was great. Our waitress was attentive and didn’t hide in the back. She made sure we had our food, drinks, and anything else when we left. Food tasted great, it was warm and filled us up. Great place for breakfast style food. But they also have lunch and dinner options.

IHOP was a very disappointing experience. Our waiter forgot parts of our order, didn’t check on us, and never brought milk for the coffee. We also weren’t informed about the full menu details — certain dishes come with sides, but if you don’t explicitly ask for them, you simply don’t get them.
The food itself was really bad and needed heavy seasoning just to be edible. On top of that, the environment was chaotic, with screaming kids standing on the benches, making it hard to enjoy the meal at all.
Overall, poor service, poor food, and an unpleasant atmosphere.

The breakfast we had was very good. I had the breakfast sampler with the cinnamon icing pancakes and my dad had The smokehouse combo and both of them came out great and the eggs were cooked correctly on both combos and the lady who was our waitress was very nice and definitely made sure we had anything that we needed while we were there eating.

There’s hardly ever any one here cus ppl are asleep when I arrive. We usually go super late sometime two or three am maybe 4 am. It’s on nights we can’t sleep. Mostly empty, nice to have quite time with not a lot of ppl and you go with your partner. Food is good, service is easy cus there isn’t a lot of ppl there. They are nice.

I ordered a To Go order, just a pancake combo, when I got to work to eat it there was a short black hair in my hash-browns. This is absolutely disgusting I will not be back. Now I have to go find something else to eat because I had to throw this meal away. 0/10

The worst service I’ve ever had at an IHOP. I was left in the front for nearly 20 minutes without being helped by the lady working overnight while she was walking in circles seemingly ignoring the front and seemingly hoping I would just go away… Well she got her wish. After she came up to greet me finally after 20 minutes and a group of people behind me just walked in and sat themselves, I let her know how long I had been waiting, and instead of an apology she just complained about being the only one there.
Her awful service lost y’all a customer that was going to be coming back at least once a week, because I work nights, and had a decent experience last time, but after this absolute waste of my time I’ll not be coming back again.

Food was great but the service was EXCELLENT. My server was Caroline and she was super nice and kind to me and took very good care of me. Would definitely come back just to see her. Keep it up ☺️
