Look they accommodated our custom order perfectly and our waitress was phenomenal. We got chicken on the side with a lemon butter sauce with extra dressing with extra chick peas for under 40$ for my wife and I. The Chattanooga franchise is the best one by far. The staff is always awesome and they go out of their way to ensure we are happy. A true family oriented night out and oh so perfect for date night with a true Italian feel and authentic taste. Our favorite without a doubt. It’s top shelf service and food that is budget friendly for anyone.

My husband and I love this Italian restaurant! I’ve been going for over 20 years. The food is always fresh and hot. I highly recommend the red snapper. My husband always gets the chicken parm. The little garlic butter rolls are awesome as well as their salad. They bring those both out as soon as you sit down. You can also treat yourself to some wine or beer. There are booths and tables. I tell everyone about this place. Everyone that works there are very polite and will answer and questions about the dishes for you.

Can’t say enough how great the service and food was at Provino’s. We were traveling as a College Athletics program of almost 70 people and Provino’s provided exceptional service on an extremely efficient and timely schedule. The staff was so friendly and the manager Bayley made the whole set up perfect. Food was served hot and we had unlimited salad and bread for all the guys prior to the meals coming out. I would 10/10 recommend Provino’s whether you are dining in as a small group or need a large group sit-down dinner. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I have visited this amazing small chain establishment for 20 years. The environment is very intimate, the 40’s section is the best, especially for couples.

We always go on our birthdays and yesterday was no exception. We always order the same food each time. (Look at photo descriptions for names of food).

The staff are always pleasant and professional and I have never had an issue with anyone, ever. Food is amazing! Highly recommend.

I just moved back to Chattanooga after being gone for several years. Provino’s previously had been my favorite restaurant in Chattanooga. I decided to visit tonight after a long day at work today and I was so disappointed. The rolls had just plain butter poured over the top of them. They may have had a little garlic powder in it but there were definitely no garlic bits in it like I remembered from back in the day. Very disappointing as that was one of my favorite parts of Provino’s food. The manicotti was just so-so. It was smothered in sauce with just a sprinkle of mozzarella on the top of it. I had to ask my server for a refill on my tea after”slurping” it within earshot of her.
Overall a really disappointing experience.
I just noticed in some of the pictures on here that the rolls seem to have the garlic bits on them in the pictures that people have posted so I’m not really sure why mine just had plain butter on them. Maybe it’s because it was Saturday night at 9:00 and I guess late night customers don’t get the same experience that earlier customers get maybe. Really not sure

(To go order) Food is mid, and $20 for this plate is insane. Two “filled pasta” basically just smothered in oily Alfredo sauce, no bigger than my hand. Didn’t even give me utensils or napkins and your salad dressing leaked in my car because the lid wasn’t on properly.

The service was great. Very friendly attentive servers. It was a nice location. The food was a little disappointing. I ordered veal parmesan. The veal was horribly overcooked and dry. There were burnt markings on the underside. It came with a very small side of spaghetti. The spaghetti was good. It came with a huge salad which was ok. It was iceberg lettuce with huge chunks of lettuce. The garlic rolls were good. I could have used a few more. I was expecting to be very full for the amount of money I spent. They do have Moretti though. That is a plus.

We’ve been going there for several years now. They have great food. I love the Red Snapper Francese. It is dipped in egg, baked to golden, and smothered in a lemon butter and wine sauce to die for!! My wife loves the vegetable lasagna!! Lots of fresh veggies with a tasty sauce. All you can eat Italian salad and garlic butter knot rolls. Oh my!!
