Amazing service, went for dinner not much people on a Friday night. Love their mozzarella cheese sticks, their signature biscuits were good as well. The sausage jambalaya rice was a bit dry and hard. The pasta felt more water than pasta sauce. Love the grilled shrimp and popcorn shrimp and fries.

Christine was our waiter for my family table tonight . She was excellent. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything for our meals and including extra drinks and condiments . Christine served us last year this day for my mother’s birthday so it was fate that we got to have her serve us tonight in honor of my mother’s special day. The food was excellent so good I could not eat it all but plenty to take home with me. Yum .
Thank you Christine and Red Lobster for another delicious experience . We will return. Take care .

I had a wonderful dinner experience with my family at Red Lobster Oakwood Friday August 8, 2025 , our waiter named Kayla C gave us excellent service and our food was amazing . We felt so good choosing to dine at Red Lobster. Red Lobster extended their crab fest menu which offered more delicacies to choose , I chose the parmesan crusted snow crab legs with a delicious garlic butter sauce. Very good!
I always have a good time when I dine or order food to pick up from Oakwood Location. I even catered a family birthday at Oakwood Red Lobster and it turned out very well.
A good location to visit and you definitely will get your money’s worth .

had a wonderful experience today at the Red Lobster in Oakland Plaza thanks to our server, Serena. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our entire visit. Serena made sure everything was perfect, checked in at just the right times, and truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. Her positive attitude and excellent service really exceeded my expectations. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and cares about her guests. Red Lobster is lucky to have such a great team member. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

Aurelia is the absolute best ever!! The customer service and experience was amazing and topppp tierrr..she needs to be upgraded to general manager making $1,000,000 + a month!! Let’s not forget about Roody with her amazing service as well, she’s a life saver and a joy to be around!! Last but definitely not least Christina!! The energy and love feels so good with that combination! I absolutely love this Red Lobster and the fantastic superwoman I met tonight! I literally was supposed to be in and out but ended up staying over 2 hours due to the immaculate service!!! I love this place and there’s no way I’m not coming back multiple times a week!! I love this place , the people, the atmosphere, the food, the drinks and this might me the best Red Lobster ever!!

Celebrated a birthday here and it was a 10/10 experience. The restaurant has a classic, nautical charm that feels very nostalgic and comfortable. Amazing service! Thanks Luna, she is absolute the best! She has such a great energy and made our party so much fun. Even when she got busy, she kept everyone smiling and never missed a beat. The drinks were 10/10. We will definitely be coming back!

My kids and I visited Red Lobster today, and our waitress Serena was absolutely amazing! She was so patient, kind, and attentive, especially with my children. She made sure we had everything we needed, checked on us often, and kept such a warm, friendly attitude the entire time. Dining out with kids isn’t always easy, but Serena made the experience smooth and enjoyable for all of us. The service was excellent, and we truly felt welcomed. Thank you, Serena, for making our family outing so pleasant, we will definitely be back!

Super service from Serena, who was doing triple duty as bartender, take out order receptionist, and she was filling in as a waitress. She is excellent and her virgin piña colada is the bomb, Which I received as a courtesy for having to wait due to the large order that I had placed inside the restaurant.. Conner was also very good making sure I received the baked potato that was missing. Justin is the perfect host taking care of my needs at the counter, And last but not least Jason, the manager, gave me a complementary side
