How do you guys always forget something at this location? I never get the tortilla strips with my soup but you give it to me with my salad? I never get the crunchy red peppers with my salad either.
Last time you forgot to put the chicken on my wife’s sandwich! The time before that you forgot my salad dressings.
You guys never ever ever get it right at this location only and I’ve been eating at Chick-fil-A’s all over the country for years. This location sucks. Check your bag before you leave.
Edit: also we just realized you gave us all drinks but no straws So, here we are using a McDonald’s straw in a Chick-fil-A cup.
You also didn’t put any napkins in the bag? No straws, no napkins, no plastic wear for the salad, order wrong. You guys checked every box for doing it wrong.
Is it always everybody’s first day at this location or something? Is the local school district not doing a good job? Do you expect Jesus to check the orders before they leave the window?

The chic fil a doesn’t miss!! The food is always outstanding. It’s very busy but it doesn’t take an insane amount of time to get your order. The #1 is to die for. The strawberry milk shake is exceptional. I’m very very impressed at the quality. Highly recommend when you’re in Greenwood!

Food at Chick-fil-A is always fresh and tasty. I tried a root beer float on this visit and it was delicious. Chicken nuggets hot and crispy. Over all one of the few take out restaurants that be counted on to deliver a consistently good product.

My husband went through the drive-thru today to order a salad for me. He was asked to pull forward and ended up waiting 43 minutes for a single salad. After sitting there with no update, he finally had to get out of the SUV and walk to the window to ask what was taking so long. The employee first said, “Sorry, the salad is taking a long time,” and then immediately followed with, “Oh sorry, no—it’s right here,” and handed it to him.
I completely understand a 15–20 minute wait, but almost an hour for one salad is unacceptable.

Very disappointing experience today. Restaurant was not clean while we were there and the floor desperately needed swept. Food was subpar at best. Our fry boxes were filled with crumbs and fries were cold. Husband’s chicken sandwich was fine but mine filled only half the bun and was incredibly tough, so inedible. Would’ve done back to see if I could get a new sandwich but didn’t want to wait in a 15 minute line to wait again. This has been our favorite for some time but we won’t be back after this. ☹️

They serve you a box of scraps from the bottom of the fry bin at night. This location knows exactly what I’m talkin about when I post this pic. Service is amazing but it would be my pleasure to get a whole waffle fry, thanks.

The best customer service in the area. Always in tune with what I’m ordering, so I don’t have the need to go back. Best chicken You won’t be disappointed.

Order through the mobile app curbside. Waited about 15 minutes. Food was hot, but instead of calling them chicken nuggets. Let’s be honest, chicken marbles anyone? What they counted as nuggets were ridiculous. This has happened twice and only at that location. I didn’t think to count them, but this was my order.

Honestly, the worst chick-fil-a I’ve been to, but its struggles have only been recent. Orders dining in have been taking forever. For example; there are more people literally behind the counter standing and talking than there are in the lobby and we’ve been waiting for our food for nearly 20 minutes now. At a normal restaurant, probably par for the course. But by the standards chick fil a has us all used to, this restaurant is clearly mis-managed. For context, the food is two grilled chicken sandwiches a cup of fruit and a parfait. I’m guessing the parfait and cup of fruit are already prepped by the openers no assembly required.

Ordered a Cobb salad to go. Someone swiped my order when they called my name. The lady who was standing next to me (with nothing bundt cakes in her arm) asked if she could help, I told her what happened and was having them take care of it. She was very respectful of the employees. You could tell that this was normal, come to find out she was a manager and it was her day off. She went above and beyond. Just wish we had more managers who were like this. Much respect for you.
