Shout out to our server Corey! My family and I came in for dinner and the service was amazing. He had a wonderful personality, attentive and even suggested I paired my bourbon street pasta with a glass of Chardonnay(which was FANTASTIC). GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE! he went above and beyond to make our dinner a smooth and pleasant experience☺️

Got a to-go order for their National Cheeseburger day special. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted and brought my order. When I asked for extra condiments the lady was very accommodating. The food was good and the special made it priced very fairly. Definitely better customer service than other Applebee’s locations I’ve been to!

Had an awesome dinner last time I was here, and the highlight was definitely our waiter, Brett. He was attentive without hovering, knew the menu inside out, and made great recommendations that were spot-on. Super friendly, quick with refills, and just had that perfect warm vibe that makes you feel genuinely welcome. Food was solid, but Brett’s service took it to another level. Will definitely be asking for his section next time! Highly recommend. ️

This was hands down, the best experience at Applebees I’ve ever had. And our server Katie was even better. So attentive and sweet, literally made our entire weekend. And Maria the GM was so funny, kind, and helpful. We will be back to the East Lansing Applebees, probably just to hangout with Katie.

Tried to order a rack of ribs and they didn’t have any which is odd. Settled for the fish & chips it was average cooked a little to long in the deep fryer or had old oil. Was a little disappointed to be honest. The server was great!
