I have been coming to Tim Horton’s on orchard lake road, since 2017! The staff has always been extremely hospitable, cordial, and always willing to help! It has gotten to the point that we are on a first name basis! I literally live 20 minutes away, and always come here on the weekends to get my coffee, even though there is a Tim Hortons 5 minutes away from my home! I totally would recommend all my friends and family to come check this place out! They are a great team!

I frequent this particular Tim Hortons 5 times a week. The people that work there are the kindest people. They always are super friendly, and the order is always right. It’s a highlight of my day to go through the drive thru, and I am greeted with a smile and a happy hello every time.

As much as I like Tim Hortons as well as patronizing places in my community, I was just here for the first and last time. Just one other customer, who clearly knows the manager because they sat together. This customer thought nothing of loudly expounding that “the problem with this country is college-educated white women. Biden ruined everything.” Yes, that’s a quote. Freedom of speech? Sure. But I don’t need to give this place my business.

I felt compelled to leave a review after seeing all the terrible reviews at this location, which almost dissuaded us from coming.
We used to go to another nearby location where the staff was always yelling at each other and the customers… I was always so uncomfortable there even though I was never directly on the receiving end of the yelling.
The experience here at this location was the opposite. A really warm greeting. Patience while my kids couldn’t decide what they wanted to order. The staff member who helped us was greeting the 3 regular customers behind us by name, and confirming their “regular” order or not. The food was fast and fresh and as good as you can hope for at a fast food place.

Asked for a grilled cheese on a croissant. They don’t even bother to grill it for toast just throw raw cheese in a cold croissant. Tired of repeating my SIMPLE order for it to never get made right!!! Ridiculous

I have been coming to this Tim Hortons location since it has opened and I can’t say enough about how amazing the staff is!!! The coffee is ALWAYS hot and fresh!! The staff truly treats you like family here. Julian and Kennedy are always smiling and many of the other staff members are just amazing and are all so positive!!
