The only reason I rated the service a 1 is because O could not give a zero. The lady at the counter on Sunday, 9.28.25 at 2:30 pm was rude and clearly does not know customer service. She made no Eye Contact or Greeted me when I walked in. When I stood by the counter to look at the menu. I said hello, to which I received no response. I proceeded to say, how are you, without looking up she rudely said fine. At that point she said you can order at the kiosk. I said, I am looking at thr menu but thank you. I ended up leaving and not ordering there due to the unpleasant nature of that interaction. I have worked in Hospitality for 25 years and cannot believe the way the workers at location were. I went back in to get her name and she would not even look at me, two of the other workers said they don’t give out names. Maybe it is Fast Food but in my industry, we give our name and wear name tags. The Fast Food Industry especially this Taco Bell needs yo take a lesson from Chick Fil A!

When somebody’s order says extra beef and no beans, you should probably put extra beef and no beans on the on the burritos. And I don’t think beef looks like that those are refried beans that I did not want on my burrito so that is why y’all getting a one star how about you get people that actually know how to do their job that know how to read and if they don’t, then you just need a fire them Because that just screwed up my whole dinner to where I had to order something else

I was at this location picking up an online order around 9:58pm(August 24) at the drive-through. after leaving the drive-through, I noticed that one of the item that I purchased was not in my bag so I went back through the drive-through to get it, but the line was too long so I asked if I could come in and pick it up and the young lady at the drive-through said yes. At that time it was about 10 o’clock. As I am at the door waiting on my item, some lady comes from a side door with an attitude saying that the door was not supposed to be open after 10 o’clock and shut the door without giving me a chance to even explain. She spoke to me in such a very disgusting manner. Don’t worry, I won’t return here. Without customer she wouldn’t even have a paycheck.

I go here often but more recently it’s been a bit lacking and one of the employees has been making my girlfriend uncomfortable by the way he stares at her. The food is usually good despite them getting minor things wrong such as adding cheese on orders I’ve asked for without or taking a long time to recognize people who need help at the front when the kiosk can’t help us. Please talk to your employees about these things before some of your customers do

Was forced to either ring myself up or go through the drive thru by the manager on shift, the store has no customers in either line. There should be an option to have a CSR ring me up at the counter. I think ill take my business elsewhere from now on
