It was good. My biggest complaint is not with this location, but with how little meat is on the sandwiches at Firehouse Subs. You see all the pictures on the walls and menus and there is like an inch of meat, but in reality, it’s like a centimeter of meat! Their sandwiches taste good, but man are they skimpy on the meat. Anyway, yeah this location is pretty good. They need a better exhaust vent though, because it was really smoky in there. The employees were pretty polite and the dining area and restroom was reasonably clean. I had the medium Firehouse Steak & Cheese Sandwich combo. (It needed more meat.) It was $14.77. A little pricey for a sandwich with so little meat. Anyway, I do recommend this location, but more meat!

i’ve been ordering pick up through the app to this location 1-3 times a week for the last few months. a few recent, annoying experiences led to this brief review/complaint. two weeks ago, during a snow storm, this location appeared to be open/operational via both Google Maps and through the app itself. i ordered, drove 10 minutes over hoping for some good, hot food, and found it closed. I saw the $16 charge pending in my bank account, expecting it to cancel automatically within the next few days (because it’s 2026 and this should be an automated process). after a few days, the charge went through. in the app, customer service does not exist, so I decided to resolve it next time in-person while picking up. I placed another order for pickup a few days later and asked the employee at the counter if she could help me refund a previous order. Two employees told me they’re unable to do this in-store and would have to call their manager, who likely would not answer at 8pm. as a solution, they requested i call next time, vice ordering through the app, and explain my situation in exchange for a free meal. so i’ve been denied my money back but i guess it’s whatever; i’ll just follow through with their request. tonight, I didn’t feel like interacting with another human, so i ordered through the app per usual and decided to call next time for that free meal i was offered. i arrived at 9:25pm tonight and found the sweet tea dispenser empty. this blows because i was tired and wanted some caffeine with my meal. I asked an employee about it, and he confirmed they had already dumped it for the night since they’re closing in 30 mins. ok cool, i don’t need the caffeine or sugar anyway, so i threw away my $3 cup and took another loss (because they obv aren’t gonna refund me). i get back to my overpriced apartment with my overpriced food and found that my sandwich has white bread instead of wheat…

Large Thanksgiving Turkey Sub Absolutely delicious! The bread was incredibly soft and fresh, and the turkey, stuffing, and gravy were all warm and flavorful truly the perfect comfort meal. I definitely opted out of the cranberry sauce, as I found it to be a bit too tart for my taste. My only small complaint is the gravy cups. For $1.50, I’d expect them to be filled to the top. If you like to dip every bite, the portion just isn’t quite enough for a full sub. Other than that, everything was excellent!

These people are lost in the sauce. Took multiple times for them to understand cheese, bread, and turkey on a sandwich. Unbelievable. Never again almost 100 bucks for 5 subs that were as basic as possible. Save your money.

Please check the meals before giving them. The restaurant didn’t even have 6 customers and I placed my order after a long day of work. And when I got home the salad I ordered with chicken and ham, didn’t have the chicken and ham. Too late to go back and have it change but Please if is not busy at least check before giving the order. I can understand mistakes happen more when is super busy but not even 5-6 people in the store and got my order wrong

I have been to a few Firehouse subs and none of them hold a candle to the Stafford location. Habib is legitimately the best employee of any food establishment I have ever been to.

Good, filling, quick food but no one wears a tag! Not a single person I saw there gave out their name or wore a name tag. I guess that makes sense, their customer service is horrible. I complained to an older man, who seems to be the only one who cares. Perhaps the owner? But none of the young people seem to care, they would rather chat or cough at the customer’s faces. Who hires these kids???
I complained yesterday evening to an older person, but god knows if they know who I conplained about.
