They are always super fast, serve fresh hot food and I’m always greeted well here. They rarely make you park and wait for your food in my experience like other places these days. I go out of my way to avoid other BK’s but not this one! It’s my favorite!

Even during a fairly busy time around 9pm, the team member taking orders over the speaker and the staff at the pickup window were both quick and friendly.
Order accuracy was genuinely impressive: everything I requested was done exactly right. The extra toppings came in surprisingly generous portions – the onions were stacked like a tower and the pickles were thoroughly layered. I got exactly the light ketchup I asked for along with regular mustard. I’ve been to many other Burger King locations and they are rarely this meticulous; “extra” is usually treated as optional but here it was delivered above and beyond expectations.
I arrived a few minutes too late for the fries to have stayed crispy and fresh but they were still hot and enjoyable to eat.
Many kudos to the entire crew for the remarkable attention to detail and superb service.

Food was wrong cold and not package correctly it a shame that the bk in hartford service and food is better then the suburbs I only ordered there cause I work late and have a family to feed if I knew the quality and service was gonna suck I should of drove the extra 20 min to hartford instead of wasting 45 dollar at this shift whole

My son placed a online order for drive thru pick up. The order was placed correctly the tag on the bag and the sandwich were all correct. However, the whopper with cheese was made wrong. It was supposed to be Xtra pickles no onions and it was the opposite not to mention the sandwich was dripping in mayo. I called the store to express my displeasure and I was told that I could return the sandwich for a new one. But I would not be given store credit towards my next purchase. Well returning the whopper was not an option because I’m not able to drive hence the reason my son picked up the order in the first place. I’m tired of restaurants not getting orders right the first time and making replacing the item an inconvenience. The cost of food not to mention fast food is becoming to expensive not to get what you ordered. Whatever happened to your way, right away?
