Waited 20 minutes to give order with no one in line. Finally got food. Chicken was hard and dry like it has been in warmer all day long. Didn’t even have high chairs for the babies to use to eat. I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to KFC. The food was far from what I expected. The chicken was dry, overcooked, and lacked flavor. It tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. For the price, I expected much better quality. Definitely not the KFC I used to enjoy. I won’t be coming back anytime soo
