It takes forever to get my food every time I go, staff is low energy and seem a little confused and not well trained, always, but the thing that brought here to review my experience this time, made me lose my appetite. For the LOVE OF GOD! Tell your cook to look presentable while handing people’s food!! He kept wiping his hands all over his clothes and apron, his uniform was and looked like a dirty napkin. I did not see him wash his hands one time the whole 30 min. I was there waiting for my ONLINE pickup order. He just kept wiping and wiping and then handling food. The manager there, I guess thinks that is okay, and not disgusting at all? Because she aloud it. Also, you’re restaurant was about has clean as your cook. Clean up!

Everything was cooked to perfection. Fluffy fries, not overcooked at all. Thick, juicy chicken strips and wings. Fluffy, buttery biscuits. Honestly we were so impressed with the quality and preparation of the food. Great job.

I’m so angry because I waited 15 minutes for chicken sandwiches. RIDICULOUS! I went in to get my money back and was offered free food and it wasn’t until then that they made my sandwiches. I guess I’d been there all day. Horrible service.

Went there just before closing and ordered a box of chicken. The chicken was dried out and hard to chew. They could have made fresh but did not. I was very disappointed and so were my kids. Normally everything is good and would rate closer to five stars. I will never go there late again, because you get what’s been sitting under heat lamps for too long. They really should keep their chicken fresher.

Food was fresh and delicious! Store, however, was a mess! This is my third time in this recently built store. Each time the store has been filthy. Trash running over,dirty tables and floors. It’s an incredibly long wait time for an almost empty store. I love my Popeyes, but I definitely don’t recommend this store.

I’ve gave this place a try about half a dozen times now and every time it gets a little worse. When it takes a fast food restaurant 30 minutes to get your food and 15 minutes to work your through the line when your second in line it’s time for new management. After a 30 minute wait you would think you food would be hot or at least warm but nope they can’t even make that happen for you. Order a 5 chicken tenders, and you end up getting about 2 full pieces of chicken, and the rest of it is strings of breading that looks like they battered a chicken feather. I have went there every day of the week and it doesn’t matter. They will find a way to mess up the order and the sad thing, I order the same thing every time five piece chicken tender, and french fries not a hard one. I’ve got frozen french fries before, Refrigerator temperature chicken. If you can’t do any better than what you do close the doors and let a better restaurant come in to this town. To the own that just replied to my review this wasn’t a one time thing I have been to the restaurant numerous of times with the same experience. I have ate at other Popeyes and had a much better experience with service and the quality of the food not to mention the restaurant was a whole lot cleaner than the one at the Harrison Arkansas location. It narrows down to this one location looks to me like bad management.
