Food was fresh and delicious! Store, however, was a mess! This is my third time in this recently built store. Each time the store has been filthy. Trash running over,dirty tables and floors. It’s an incredibly long wait time for an almost empty store. I love my Popeyes, but I definitely don’t recommend this store.

Not the best experience, sadly. Unorganized chaos but the second employee that retook my drive through order was friendly in the wake of disaster. It was just a box lunch lol. I sense a management issue. Issue taking order, issue not having product, issue with extended wait times and that MacNCheese!. Ohhhh nah!

I love the Popeye’s app which usually has some pretty good deals and easy to navigate. I’ve been here several times and tried different products and everything was always fresh. The chicken is always crispy, moist, and not greasy/slimy. The biscuits, coleslaw, and red beans & rice are always delicious. If I could afford it and not gain any weight I would eat Popeye’s every day!

I have ordered take-out here a few different times now and the food has always been really good. The pricing is really good if you order online or in the app and pay attention to their daily deals. The wait had been a bit on the longer side, however, I can easily forgive that due to the fact that my food has always been fresh and delicious. May be the best option for chicken in the area.

There was a sign in the window advertising a two piece with two sides for $6.99 which didn’t have a specific date on the sign as to when the special would start, so I went in to order. There was a prejudice female white, manager named Tori behind the counter she overheard me placing my order then rudely saying we don’t start that 2 piece special until tomorrow. I asked her why was the sign advertising as if it was currently able to purchase. She rudely answered basically cause she wanted up. & she wouldn’t allow the cashier to sell it to me, also when I first told the cashier that I wanted to order it the cashier was putting the order in so I find it very strange that if the special didn’t start until the next day why was she about to sell it to me. Also it was no where near closing time so she can’t even say she was putting the sign up because it was near closing. She was sniggering and acting very unprofessional. I knew she was lying and I will be contacting corporate!!!

We stopped for a quick lunch break on our way through town. The atmosphere was new, clean, and spacious. The food was hot and fresh. Service was a little slow, but maybe they were new. Great overall experience.

Sadly, the service has begun to suck. The girl tonight was very nice. Been here 20 minutes, the manager (tall guy, gray shirt, tattooed) just walking around doing nothing with a lobby full of people waiting on food. One young curly haired kid about 6’ blonde hair…literally walking from the front to the back 9 times and doing nothing.

Moving to Harrison from south Louisiana four years ago, I’m very familiar with their food. My first visit to this Popeyes was bad. I ordered the popcorn shrimp and chicken strip combo. I never seen popcorn shrimp that small and the chicken strips were not fully cooked. I will not be back.
