my husband bought stuff for my neighbor,my sisters and my girls while we were there.He don’t mind the girls but he would usually NEVER pay for my sisters or new neighbor something.How nice was that.I love Cracker Barrel and their Hand towels.

Extremely disappointed in the quality of the food at the Cracker Barrel in Commerce GA. My mom and I went there and she ordered pot roast but after a bit the waitress came to say they were out of it and so we both got chicken and dumplings ( my go—to meal at CB!). When it arrived it was simply mush. Dumplings had just disintegrated into something the consistency of mashed potatoes! I have never had anything like it.
We told the waitress, who agreed with us and asked it we wanted something else but we were in a hurry and didnt have time to wait. It was really inedible but there was no offer of a discount.
Come on CB! Do better!

I love the chicken n dumplins. The service tonight was not great. Our server disappeared and the manager was zero help. Thank goodness for the male server that stepped in and helped us. He was great, the original server and manager were useless.

Extremely long wait for our food, over 45 minutes. I had to threaten to leave before they miraculously brought out my order. My order was cold and missing my hashbrown casserole. The pancakes were old, cold and hard. The waiter was good and very apologetic. He brought me my casserole and fresh pancakes. Unfortunately I had to eat everything separately because of these delays.

I had chicken breast with rice and gravy. The chicken breast was good and so was the gravy what very little I got. The carrots and green beans were also good. But the rice was dry and hard, and barely any gravy to help it at all. We expected better.

Typical cracker barrel. The menu has been shortened and don’t even have prices on it. They should of went forward with the concept to rebrand it. But nope. Same old same old. The food was OK at best. Don’t go for the apple whatever. It tasted like crap.

Got the new York strip with shrimp with orka and steamed broccoli. Figured they would bring the biscuits out first but they brought everything all together. The waiter we had was a good waiter he kept checking up on us. I liked that. Didn’t have to wait long for our food. Definitely would go back.

Heavy doughy biscuits. The chicken noodle soup was not edible, had them remove from bill. Pancakes were great! This place continues to decline. Waited forever for our food. They can’t even make biscuits anymore! Whoever is top of Cracker Barrel needs to be replaced so they can save this iconic brand!

As usual the service & food were wonderful. The atmosphere was as usual – loud, busy and packed. My husband had country fried steak and I had the meatloaf, both meals with mashed potatoes, and sides were fried okra and broccoli. And I very much enjoyed a Hot Mocha Expresso! Everything very Delicious!
