I work in Waller and was really excited to learn that a Vietnamese food truck was coming to the area (Fork & Flame Food Truck Park). As soon as they started serving, I couldn’t wait to try a little bit of everything on the menu. I ordered shrimp spring rolls, pork banh mi, crab ragoon, and Dragon Fruit Tea, and every bite was fantastic! My personal favorite is the grilled pork vermicelli bowl — the pork is so tender and packed with flavor, and the veggies are super fresh! I definitely recommend giving this spot a try.

I stopped by today after work and got the chicken fried rice and crab Rangoon egg rolls! Both were amazing! They were able to make the rice spicy for me and it’s perfect. Fresh ingredients and it doesn’t taste greasy. I also got a dragon fruit tea and its taste was smooth, not over sweet. Can’t wait to come back and try the pork meat ball sub!❤️

I absolutely love that we are growing in food options here in Waller! I was tired of the same thing all the time!! 10/10!

I’ve had the pork vermicelli plate and the shrimp spring rolls with the peanut sauce I don’t know how many times now. Every single time, it is delicious! Fresh, quick, cheap! I’m so glad they are here in Waller! They have plenty of options for everyone. The staff is incredible as well!

We stopped here after seeing a few people talking about it on Facebook. It is definitely worth the stop. The food is made fresh when you order, so it takes a few minutes. They had chicken pho today and it was awesome. Spring rolls are great. The wife got chicken fried rice and that was dang good as well. We will be stopping here regularly. The owners are very nice too. Glad to have a good pho place in Waller!!!

Ate the pork bahn mi and fried eggrolls so fast I couldn’t take any pictures. Literally the most flavorful and fresh bahn mi I’ve ever had in my life . The flavors are so remarkably loud yet well balanced you can taste every bit of love for the art and cuisine in every bite . The bread was so fresh , the pork was so well seasoned and omg the sauce was to die for! If you’re looking for a jam packed , filling place to eat I HIGHLY RECOMMEND stopping by and giving them a taste. 10/10 will go again !
