Same looking store, friendly employees, garbage service. I came and got a 4 piece flamethrower chicken strip meal and I got the smallest chicken strips ever, a handful of old fries, and my friend and me didn’t get at least 3 of the sauces we asked for, but we still paid for it, of course. And to top it all off, we never got asked about a receipt (and of course, I forgot to ask for one)and we didn’t receive one in the bag. For my first time having DQ in quite some time, I have to say, I am thoroughly disappointed in the service here. Things like this are the reason that most of the restaurants here are next to worthless, and it’s the reason so many restaurants go out of business here.

Great service! We passed by here on our way to South Dakota from Saskatchewan, Canada. Fresh delicious foods were served to us and to the family who traveled with us. Thanks to the lady (about mid to late 40s years old – sorry I should have asked your name) gave her 101% amazing customer service. Thank you DQ Sidney, Montana.

We stopped in on our way to visit family after 8 hours – hungry and tired. From start to finish our visit was great! We walked in, the facility was clean and inviting. Cindy and Brayden were attentive, personable, and fabulous! They went above and beyond. The food was great and hit the spot. If you’re traveling through or live in the area, stop in. It’s a great place! I would give 6 stars for service if I could.

I just want to give the ladies working today (10/16/24 at 2pm) and shout out! I’m not from here and this was the first place I’ve gotten food at in this town and I just want to say their customer service is on point. I dined in and I watched and listened to the way everyone would greet and interact with the customers and not one time did I hear any type of disrespect or rudeness. I was impressed. The lady that took our order and brought out our food was so friendly!! Even though they where fairly busy she made sure we had everything we needed. Never rushing us or getting impatient with me. Even going the extra mile helping us get condiments!! The food was served fresh and hot in a timely manner as well. So glad my usual stop didn’t work out because I got a very nice surprise. Yummy good food fast!!!

The service was the best I have ever had at a Dairy Queen in a long time. I walked in, the lady behind the counter greated me like qe were old friends. Took my order, I couldn’t decide what I wanted she did not rush me. But she did explain a few of the menu items to help me decide.

Great locally owned Dairy Queen. Food is always good and they know how to make all the menu items, which isn’t always the case.
They also make their own ranch which is way better than the packaged stuff.
