Not sure what happened this time. We love this Pizza Hut and tonight our pizza was burned to a crisp. We never thought to check before we left because usually everything is fine.
The guy was running around like crazy.. maybe he was trying to do it all by himself.
I don’t know but the pizza was horrible.. very disappointed today.

The lady who attended to us was super wonderful! She demonstrated superior customer service in ways we have not seen in a long time. She made the atmosphere very comfortable and pleasant. And, the pizza was delicious!

Ordered a pizza at tonight 6:01pm received it at 7pm, it was 30 minutes late. The pizza was stone cold and mushy with very little flavor. It’s almost as if it was forgotten about and was left sitting on the counter until someone saw it. I had to put it in my oven just to get it Luke warm. Like my goodness I paid $40 for a medium pizza that was only edible after I had to cook kinda defeats the purpose of take out .

Called to make an order and a foreign person took my order whom I could barely understand and when I got there to pick up my order they didn’t have my order on file at all. So Jessica who was working that day bent over backwards to get our order out and even gave us a discount due to the ordering mistake. Jessica deserves a raise and or put in charge because the manager that day was clueless. We was there may 3rd 2025. Pizza hut needs to fix that ordering process because you shouldn’t be talking to a person in Texas if your ordering food in Austintown ohio. They are lucky to have such a good worker like Jessica. Give that lady a raise. They was swamped but she was a solid Rockstar.

I think Pizza Hut has the best pizza in town. I hate greasy, oily pizzas and your Pizza Hut on Raccoon Road in Austintown, Ohio, makes the best pizza! It’s never greasy like all these other pizza places in town and it always tastes fresh. Another thing I noticed is our Pizza Hut is so fast with their orders. It never takes as long as they say it’s going to take to get my pizza. It’s usually half the time they suggest it will arrive. And kudos to your employees and drivers! They are always nice, friendly, helpful and professional. They all deserve a raise!

Twice now when placing an online order, I’m contacted by DoorDash even though I ordered through pizza huts own website, with DoorDash saying their driver is lost and can’t find my house. So I check their position on the tracker they provide and they’re not even close to any of the roads or ways you get onto my road. I have no idea if they’re even reading the address I provide or telling their drivers but they need to use better directions

Pizza Hut seems like they took a big hit in 2020 and never recovered.
Usually when I order they forget items, it’s common that the food is overcooked, if they make an attempt to cut it they never cut the food all the way, just sloppy.
Ive also noticed when I choose delivery, if I put only 20%, they do the bare minimum quality for my order, I have to tip higher if I want better quality. I chose to give cash once and that was the worst order I’d received with the food arriving past 15 minutes late, as if they thought they weren’t getting tipped?
