Always a great experience when I come here, watched them move spots and redecorate this place into the cutest lil coffee shop. I always look forward to showing up. I also saw the comment about the “white supremacy book” maybe we should research the meaning of said book before being hatful and running our mouths. That book was made to educate and challenge white people to think about their white privilege and if that offends you maybe think about ur privileges :/ and if you interacted with the workers in here you’d know how welcoming and loving they all are.

Rivers Edge Coffee Company is a delightful coffee shop that combines excellent brews with warm hospitality. The coffee is consistently good, featuring rich flavors that can satisfy any coffee enthusiast. The staff are friendly and welcoming, adding to the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the place. A unique touch is their selection of local clay mugs available for sale, which not only supports local artisans but also offers visitors a charming souvenir. Whether you’re a coffee lover or just looking for a pleasant spot to unwind, Rivers Edge Coffee Company is definitely worth a visit.

I typically go to Starbucks for my coffee and sandwich. But wanted to try this place out because it’s locally owned.

I spent the same amount that I would have Starbucks, almost $12 for a sausage egg and cheese bagel with a large “pumpkin spice” iced coffee.

The service was great. Very friendly.

The coffee drink tasted like it was mostly pumpkin spice syrup, which was sour, lots of milk and then a touch of coffee. When I drink coffee, I want coffee. I ended up throwing the whole drink away because it was so bad.

The sandwich was terrible. It was so overcooked that the sausage was a brick. I didn’t eat that either.

Loved it. Chairs and tables for sitting and drinking your coffee and reading. Many books to buy. Very good selection. Friendly employees. Can’t wait to go back for a different coffee. So many combos to choose from

The coffee tastes good, but the overall experience leaves a lot to be desired. After visiting, my family and I all came down with a virus—can’t say for sure it came from here, but the cleanliness of the tables didn’t inspire confidence, as they don’t seem to sanitize thoroughly between customers. The AC doesn’t work, the toilets were out of order, and the place just feels neglected.

Something else that stood out: this location used to be an old ice cream shop, and they’ve left the old ice cream buckets behind a glass case, still covered in frozen ice. Instead of refreshing the space or making it feel like a proper coffee shop, it looks like leftover remnants from the past, which comes across as trashy rather than charming.

The drinks themselves are tasty, but the lack of upkeep, maintenance, and overall presentation really holds this place back from being somewhere I’d want to return to.

Super cute and coffee was actually great, not too bitter. Seasonal menu was great.

Yum! We were looking for a place to get coffee while visiting family for the Memorial Day. We didn’t want Starbucks and we like to frequent the smaller, local coffee places back home. So when we saw this place show up in our search for coffee, it looked right up our alley. I liked that they had a good selection of latte specials with predetermined flavor combos. You don’t have to get those preset combos, but they got my interest. I got an iced Aloha latte (vanilla, macadamia nut, and coconut) and it was so good. I highly recommend and I will be back.

My husband and I visited River’s Edge for the first time in a while after seeing their Facebook post celebrating their 4th birthday! We went with a mission: to sample the delicious Funfetti crumb cake and the indulgent Birthday Cake latte. We had been to River’s Edge a few years back, when they were still called Little Bean, and they are still at the same location. We noticed immediately that they had added chairs and tables for a more cozy environment.

When I took my first soul-warming sip of the Birthday Cake latte, I felt a burst of childhood memories flood my senses as the classic yellow cake flavor paired up with the decadent fudge icing notes. This smooth, creamy latte had a thick foam layer on top to seal in the warmth and joyful birthday cake goodness. River’s Edge really brought me my own birthday party with this beverage! It was interesting to note that I was the first person to order this coffee drink hot instead of iced that afternoon, so don’t be shy when it comes to your preferred latte presentation – you’ll be pleased with either.

My husband and I shared the Funfetti crumb cake, which was necessary since it was the last one there – not because we chose to. I would have been so grateful to have an entire slice to myself, and here’s why. This dense, moist, vanilla cake with fresh apple and sweet cinnamon flavors throughout, topped with a crispy cinnamon oat strudel (complete with luxurious brown sugar), was packed with playful rainbow sprinkles and drizzled with a vanilla icing. This Funfetti crumb cake melted in our mouths and each bite begged us to come back for another. It was truly a fresh baked good and we enjoyed every morsel.

We are looking forward to a return trip soon, to see what other flavors they have come up with!

We stopped in quickly on our road trip and it’s not bad. The bagels were good and chai was tasty. My only reason for a deduction is that it’s a little off putting to see someone’s jacket laying on top of a bin, keys, half drunken beverages, a squeeze pouch, and someone on her phone while making drinks. If I were a health inspector, they would get docked on points for sure. Just something to think about.

This place is all about keeping it simple while tasting supherb. Easy going atmosphere: can stay and chat, get your coffee and go, or curbside pick up. The staff and owners are a part of the team and you can tell they love what they are doing. They even talked about their staff with high regard.
A regular customer recommended hot chocolate! I had a vanilla latte and my two toddlers had apple juice in a cup like momma. Delivered to our table with a kind hello. Kid friendly was a major plus for me.
