This is the worst location!!! One time they gave me undercooked chicken when I ordered breakfast. Today I ordered in the drive thru, it took forever to make it to the front of the line when they hand out food. As I’m waiting at the very front it took forever up there too. I wasn’t complaining about that though that’s normal I guess. My problem comes when my drinks are brought the employee told me to park. Mind you, at this point I’ve already waited a long time. When I asked her “why can’t I just pull forward I don’t feel comfortable parking” she says because I’ll block others. I’ll block others is crazy!!!! Their parking lot is an absolute nightmare to get in and out of it’s an accident waiting to happen which is why I opt for the drive thru. The customer service here sucks but let’s circle back to the “I’ll block others” comment. As if I’m not also a customer that’s been waiting awhile. Veryyyyy unprofessional customer service and NOT accommodating. I would like my money back for the quality and my experience here.

We usually have a great experience when we dine in, drive thru or delivery. Today was not a good experience. My wife ordered delivery today for lunch through Door Dash. When it showed up, we started unpacking and noticed one of the kids meals were missing. They had the drink for it just no meal. When I called the location , I was told by management that it was a Door Dash problem. All bags were sealed when we got them so I asked why it was a door dash problem when they( chic fil a) load bags and seal them. I was then told that the driver is supposed to unseal bags and inspect order to make sure it was correct. That sounds like shifting responsibility to me. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I did not appreciate how the food tasted! I have two engaged best friends and one is pregnant and whatever was in the chik fil a sandwich she ate, she might have gotten food poisoning! You better pray that her unborn child is okay because I don’t tolerate people who don’t do their job right especially towards pregnant women, even if you guys are short staffed. Start being mindful of other people’s feelings especially when it comes to a pregnant women and start cooking the food properly!

Don’t let the long lines fool you, your food will come out fast and fresh. Highly recommend the Chicken, Egg, and Cheese muffin, especially with Chick-fil-a’s signature sauce. As always, incredibly friendly staff that’s helpful if you’ve got any questions.

Arrived at Chikfila and was told to go inside due to a glitch with my order. I was handed my milkshake waited in the pick up area. 15 minutes go by and my order hasn’t come up and no one asked me if anything was wrong. Got into the order line to speak to the manager. They didn’t know what happened to my order considering the shake had the order sticker and went about getting it done. I asked for a shake replacement since it was melted after 15 minutes. They gave me a cookie for my wait which was nice of them. Get home and the fries and chicken sandwiches were good, chicken nuggets had the correct amount. My salad was missing the dressing. I could live with that but the salad had black, wet and slimy pieces of lettuce. It was rotten. I call and explain that I will be bringing it back (12 minute drive). Go inside to return it. Took some time because it felt like I was being ignored. People from the back came and looked at the salad and shrugged their shoulders like nothing was wrong with it. So apparently wet, black, and slimy rotten lettuce is acceptable for this food establishment. Good to know.

This is a great Chick-fil-A location. My family and I always get fresh, hot food. I’m a Chick-fil-A lemonade fan and this location get it right. I’ve never had to question whether or not they gave me diet instead of regular or if they tweaked the recipe based on their inventory. They have a lot of kid events My family hasn’t been able to join do to location/timing. The last time we went they were starting a fall craft as we were heading out.

4/3/25. Keep trying to steal my free food. 12/26/24 Bought a few sandwiches and salad. Salad was delicious. I went to eat one of my sandwiches and saw that the bread, looked like it had a bite taken out of it??? This is the same sandwich, that I had to go back for, because some young slim white chick didn’t put it, with my order the first time. Please check your food before leaving. I will find another place, to spend my money on. Terrible customer service.
