Tried Hibachi Pizza in Oliver Springs and it was excellent. The hibachi plate was loaded with tender chicken, fresh veggies, and rice, Everything tasted fresh and the portions were more than generous. The pizza was hot, cheesy, and cooked perfectly with a great thinner crust. Service was friendly, and the food came out fresh. Definitely a great local spot if you’re craving hibachi, pizza, or both. We’ll be back for sure!

Under new ownership: Delicious hibachi, steak, shrimp, chicken or a combo. The yum yum sauce is the best I’ve ever had. The Bam Bam shrimp and fried mushrooms are to die for! The pizza is made with flour from Italy and the cheese is super high quality! I haven’t even mentioned the thick burgers and hand cut fries.Everything I have tried is awesome! If you are a foodie, check this place out!

When this business started out years ago it was good food. Now late Nov 2025. Just got an order and it was so horribly off than what we expected. The soup was so over flavored and so was the rice and chicken meal. Too much soy sauce. My advice. Contact the first owners and the girl that used to run it few years back. Beg them for the recipes and start making it like it should be made. I won’t be back. Too much spice and not enough natural flavors. Very much over kill on taste. The OG was 10x better in taste and flavor. Seriously.

Legitimately the best food I’ve had in a while. Everything tastes so fresh. I cannot believe I haven’t had this place before. If you haven’t tried the pizza or the chicken hibachi, get over there ASAP. The staff is so friendly and the place is decorated so cute. I’ll definitely be back and with some friends!

We wanted to support a local business. The food on their website looked pretty good, too. I got a cheese pizza to go for my kids and my husband and I hibachi. The pizza was so thin and I dont think there was even a top of sauce on it. When I got there they had to cook our hibachi as they forgot about it (they did give me a card for 20% off and gave me a loyalty card stamped twice to make up for it.) The hibachi was so extremely salty, we couldn’t eat it along with the dressing; very salty. The mushroom soup was okay. I will not be going back based off this visit. We spent $50 for junk unfortunately.

New owners seem enthusiastic & committed to reviving the reputation of this business. That being said, the only thing I used to order at this restaurant was the pizza, it was great pizza. The new owner’s pizza recipe is not one we care for, unfortunately. I will say that I received fast and friendly service & that was definitely refreshing compared to the previous management. I will try the hibachi at some point & maybe it will change my opinion (and my rating)

Went today and got a burger, fries, steak & rice. The food was absolutely delicious. The soup that comes with the steak and rice was so good. And the fries are to die for. Amazing service. Clean restaurant & restrooms. Beautifully decorated. 10/10 would go again.

40 minute wait for our food. While the pizza was good the Hibachi burger was way over done. One side was completely burnt. Wife had two bites and took the rest home for the dogs. Wings had no flavor and were rubbery. Mens bathroom was dirty and trash can over flowing as was the trash can in the dining area. Much better food with previous owners. Won’t be back!

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Hibachi Pizza a few times since the new owners re-opened it and I’ve been blown away every time. I tried the regular and gluten free pizza and enjoyed both. The BBQ chicken was chef’s kiss! They were extremely busy but my pizzas came out within 10-15 minutes. I can’t wait to come back and try more things on the menu!

Most slept on place in town. Absolut 10 on everything. Egg rolls, zucchini sticks, mushrooms, and pizza. Great service. Fair prices. Get down there and get u some good grub for a great price.
