I got my two chicken teriyaki bowls from the drive thru due to a mistake the other night. They know me as a regular customer and I love the night crew cause being up that time of night dealing with customers isn’t easy. They take their service very serious so I am proud of them.

Went through the drive through at 1:00am. The worker was very nice, the tacos were ready quickly, and the tacos have never disappointed me when I get the late night munchies. Price is still good too!

I got two orders of the 2 tacos. One order no sauce, the other taco order, no cheese. But they were so cold. The tacos are supposed to be hot. This is not the first time i had issues with this Jack in the Box this is unbelievable. The tacos were not supposed to look that way.

Night staff/early morning staff (12am -7am) are awful, lazy, and rude. This is now the 3rd time I have been here . I ordered a coffee and the extreme sausage sandwich for myself and my child wanted a double cheeseburger munchies meal. My coffee was stale and tasted a week old along with it not even being Luke warm. My kid took one bite of his burger and said it was inedible, the fries again not hot , tasted old, and like they were sitting on the counter for hours. They also forgot my order of tacos and instead of saying anything they threw extra fries in the munchies meal. As a late night worker there’s no excuse for food and drinks to be forgotten and not fresh. The line is never busy at this time and at this point its point blank laziness

I was in the drive thru when I heard this whole interaction happen. After 10pm this location closes its lobby and this happened at 10:30 so yes their lobby was closed. I also heard you calling the employees racial slurs as you have in this comment. After hearing this I wanted to make a review for the employees who had to deal with it

I ordered a meal here and I specifically said no bacon! And they still put it in there! It even says it on the receipt!!! The workers are so careless here! This is not the first time this happened! Always check your food before u take it!

Usually this place is on point but today we tried the Cluck Deluxe Combo and sadly, the cheese, the avocado and the bacon were all waaaayyy past their expiration date…the wait was also very long today…and the gentleman at the drive-thur window forgot to give us our drinks. No a good day for this location. Every place has good and bad days…today was a huge loss.

Came in to order breakfast and since I was with a trailer I couldn’t go to the drive through. I tried one door and it was locked and as I was walking to the other door 2 female workers that were coming in waited for me to go check the other door and as I did they quickly came in through the door I just checked and locked it again. They ran a little bit just so I wouldn’t have time to get to the other door. As I checked door #2 it was also locked. Sign says lobby hours are from 6am and this was 9am. I knocked on the door and they waved me off. I went back to the first door and the woman came out told me only drive through is open. I told her the sign says other wise and she just told me it is wrong. I asked if I can atleast use the restroom and she told me no because they open at 10am. Will not be going to back to this location for sure and will avoid Jack in the box from now on!

Always loved jack in the box for many reasons. One being the tacos I ordered 28 and it only took them 15 minutes for a massive order during a rush hour time which isn’t bad at all. The inside was very clean and well kept and had clean bathrooms to. This is one of the better jack in the boxes I’ve ever seen!
