Have been waiting for 20 minutes to place an order at 1AM.
Arrived at 12:45 am did not get my food until 1:24 am, had place order on mobile app and was not able to cancel order. So had to wait for food. Spoke with casher who stated only 5 people working and 1 was cleaning. Food was hot and the 2nd window looked like a mess from someone cleaning. Not sure if they need more help or just close for a few hours to clean and get back to normal operations after. This wad my first time waiting this long at any fast food location. Also inside was close at this time drive through only open.

I’ve always had a good experience at this McDonald’s, but my recent visit was disappointing. I placed a mobile order and followed the usual process—pulling forward as instructed and going to the second window to pick up my food. I had my window rolled down when the lady at the first window yelled at me, telling me that next time I need to stop at the first window for mobile orders. I apologized and explained I’d never been told that before, but she responded that I needed to be “cashed out.”
This felt unnecessary and rude. I’ve been here many times before, and I’ve never been asked to stop at the first window for a mobile order. It’s frustrating when there’s a lack of consistency in how things are handled, especially when a simple apology from me was met with an unhelpful and somewhat harsh response. I hope the staff can be more understanding and provide clearer instructions for mobile orders moving forward.

Had my husband order chicken mcnuggets and ask for sweet and sour and bbq sauce. It was super dry and tasted very stale and old. They didn’t unclude any sauces which is very disappointing. I ended up using bbq I had left over from Wendys and Polynesian sauce from Chick Fil A because they actually put sauce in the bags. Don’t be stingy please. Its the little things that matter. Sauce is accessories to the nuggets
Also ordered an apple pie and it was dry as hell and burnt!

When I pulled up to the first window to pay that guy was awesome. Talk to me in English and said have a great day. I pull up to the second window that guy’s talking straight. Spanish doesn’t ask me how I’m doing. How’s my day,I ask him hey how’s your day going, nothing back in English. Have a good one. Have a great day, sir. Nothing back in English just kept on talking in Spanish to the people behind him. I think that’s pretty rude I thought being in that type of industry, you were supposed to be kind and nice and ask people. How’s your day going? Have a great day. Thanks for choosing McDonald’s am I old school.

Came to the drive through and forgot to order 1 cheeseburger for my toddler. I asked if they could add it and I’ll pull up and the guy said no I had to come inside. I said I don’t want to leave my kids in the car seeing as it was also dark outside and he said he can’t do it. Yet during the day it’s ok for yall to have people pull up because you get timed. From now on I won’t be pulling up so yall can hand people behind me their order before mine when I was here first. Smh. I wasn’t born yesterday. Try that with somebody else.

The food was okay, nothing special. My order came out right, but it wasn’t very hot or fresh. Service was fine, not super friendly but not rude either. The place was mostly clean, but could use more attention during busy times. Decent for a quick bite

I expecting more from a St. Cloud business. I went through the drive-thru for breakfast and the lady taking my order was very “short” with her attitude towards me. Then the man giving me my food had very little to say. I asked if my sauces were in the bag that I asked for and I got a look and a mumble. Found NO sauces for my burritos. Upon being handed my sauces it was obvious this seemed to have been a burden for the employee. I always say good morning and thank you and “take care” and I got nothing in return.
VERY poor attitudes and these employees need some retraining on how to treat customers.
Very disappointing with this location.
