I’ve been to a few ihops in Dallas/Richardson but by far this is my favorite one. They are sweet and kind. The server was super nice! Made sure that if I almost finished my drink she would have another new cup filled with the drink ready for me. The place is clean! The food was delicious! They brought the food quick! Happy to say that I will be coming back to this one.

After recently suffering a heart attack, I’ve been very intentional about finding places that can support a heart-healthy lifestyle — especially when it comes to breakfast. This IHOP in Richardson, right off Central (75), has gone far beyond my expectations in every way.
From the moment I explained my dietary needs, the team didn’t just adjust my order — they took the time to get to know me. Now when I call in or walk through the door, they already know my order and how I need it prepared for heart-healthy modifications. It’s never complicated or inconvenient — just thoughtful, consistent care that makes all the difference.
The food is always great, but what truly sets this location apart is the customer service. Manager Michael is absolutely top-notch. His kindness, attentiveness, and personal gestures reflect a level of care you simply don’t see everywhere. He makes you feel more like family than just another customer — and that means everything, especially when you’re in a season of healing.
I completely understand why this place is often packed — it’s well earned. If you’re looking for a warm, welcoming breakfast spot with amazing food and even better people, you don’t have to look any further.

We were turned away from our usual IHOP location due to “lack of servers,” so we came to this location for our daughter’s birthday. We cannot recommend this location enough! The staff truly could not have been more wonderful. DeeDee and Mike were especially fantastic; they both went above and beyond to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and make us feel welcome. Thank you so much! This will be our new go-to for IHOP!

My husband and I come to this IHOP often on our weekends as a little brunch date. Although this location can be very busy the service is the reason we never mind the wait. Today we had a server named Josie who was so sweet and tentative for us. She also helped me figure out how to properly order a short stack combo lol. Shout out to her. She is greatly appreciated. Its also hard to explain but the food here is also great compared to other IHOPs we’ve been to all over Dallas. So keep it up guys and fingers crossed we get Josie next time we go on our brunch date. (But everyone is truly so sweet here)

Great location, we were seated quick and food came out fresh hot and fast! These were the most perfect over easy eggs I’ve ever had, the hash browns were big, and the pancakes were super delicious. I had the tres leches pancakes and they mostly taste like light caramel, the Oreo waffle was full of flavor, thick and perfect. Everything was amazing .
