Since I have an account with Dominions, I earn 10 points per order of $5 or more that I make online or from the app (not sure if earn any if call and place an order). Points are redeemable in different increments starting at 20 points. These points have helped to save money quite a few times already. I have used them to order pizzas and sandwiches in the past. Between using the coupon and redeeming point, I usually spend a little less that $35, including tip.
I will continue to order from here and will recommend it to others
Then just quit serving pizza.
An hour and a half for delivery is ridiculous when the place is ten minutes down the road. Yes, I could’ve went pick it up.But when the delivery time tells me 20 minutes.I’m cool with that.
And I tip ten dollars to get a pizza an hour and a half later.
Domino’s screwed me over too many times now , i’m out.
It was SO hot and fresh when picked up.
I just want to say to whoever made my pizza… I love you.

45 minutes passed I didn’t get the pizza called them and they said the delivery time pushed back to 45 to an hour and they still waiting on driver to come back. I got the pizza at 2 pm and it’s absolutely cold. You can’t do that. Also it’s wrong order I ordered beef and mushrooms only on one side they put mushrooms on side and beef the other side. I called and complained but the manager only apologised and told me that he can send another one within 30 minutes. Wasted my time had to go out and get something to eat.
First and foremost, I was taken aback to see some of the staff members eating around the food preparation area. This practice is extremely unsanitary and raises serious concerns about the hygiene standards maintained at this Domino’s location. Food safety should always be a top priority, and witnessing such behavior was deeply unsettling.
Moreover, the lack of professionalism among the staff was evident throughout my visit. They appeared indifferent and disinterested in providing quality customer service. The overall atmosphere felt chaotic and unorganized, which further contributed to my dissatisfaction.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but it is crucial for management to address and rectify such issues promptly. I called a spoke with a manager but I felt she was not interested in hearing my complaint. Unfortunately, I did feel like she was going to even speak with the 2 guys I saw eating. One of the guys was eating some kind of food with a fork & drinking a drink right where the food is prepared, not washing his hands in between. The other guy was a little older and he was eating directly from the toppings, seeing this made me sick to my stomach. I wanted to puke. As a customer, I expect a higher level of quality.
While I have been a loyal customer of Domino’s in the past, this experience has left me deeply disappointed. I will not be going back and spending my money with them in the future. I hope that the management takes immediate steps to address the concerns raised here and improve the overall quality of service.
It is my sincere hope that this review serves as constructive feedback to help Domino’s enhance their operations and regain the trust of their customers.
