I haven’t been to this Olive Garden in a while so I decided to stop in and have a late lunch today. Since it was a holiday, it was really busy so I decided to sit at the bar and have my lunch. I ordered the eggplant Parmesan lunch special with just a glass of water with lemon.
Often the weight staff seems to roll their eyes when I appear to be rather cheap ordering a glass of water with my lunch special but today my server and bartender was Elyssa. What an amazing person she turned out to be. Constant attention to my needs and checking on me often to see if everything was good.
What a amazing friendly person that took my day from mediocre to above perfection. My food was amazing. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was was good.
Don’t be afraid to try this Olive Garden, I’ve been to about 30 different. Olive Garden’s. This is by far my favorite.

Had a great time eating with a friend. We tried last week but a long line. This time we came early before it opened. Food was delicious. Waitress was good and kept attending us on refills.

We loved our first time eating here at this location . Our server Howard was absolutely everything you could want in a server and more . The food was delicious and very filling . Thanks for a great experience all around . We will be back soon now . Have a blessed day

I had a very disappointing and unacceptable experience at the Olive Garden in Flagstaff, AZ about two weeks ago. I ordered the Stuffed Ziti Fritta, which is supposed to be served with marinara sauce. Instead, I was given meat sauce.
I am vegetarian and do not eat meat, which is exactly why I rely on menu descriptions to be accurate. This was not due to any special request or misunderstanding on my part — the dish is clearly listed as coming with marinara. When I notified the server, his response was dismissive and unhelpful. He insisted that the sauce was marinara, even though it very clearly contained meat.
This shows a serious lack of knowledge, care, and responsibility from the staff, especially when it comes to dietary restrictions. Serving meat to a vegetarian and then refusing to acknowledge the mistake is unacceptable and unprofessional.
Olive Garden should do better with staff training and accountability, especially regarding menu items and ingredients. I left frustrated and disappointed and will think twice before returning.

This is a great restaurant with a nice atmosphere and is very clean. Waitress was very nice. I had the endless soup and salad and it was very good! I’ll be back there soon!

We are a traveling basketball team. We arrived at 920pm (they close at 1000). We were seated after only a 5 minute wait. No sighs because we were late, just great customer service. Connor was the best. He made my players feel like Kings. Finally, per the usual, the food was great.

We’re traveling from Chicago (group of 5), and is doing a long drive from Las Vegas to Sedona. Made a quick stop at Olive Garden, and would say that this location and the ambience was great, compared to the ones I’ve been to in the past. Food was so so, a little salty on the breadstick, but the servings were big. So if you have small appetite like my parents, I think it’s best to share 🙂
I would say the highlight of our dine in experience was MEGAN! ☺️ she was the friendliest and most attentive server I had in a long time. She was very kind and sweet, and her service was amazing I hope she gets recognized for her service and hardwork. If you’re ever on this location and have Megan as your service, you’ll be in good hands.

The food was DELICIOUS and the service was OUTSTANDING!! My sincerest gratitude to the family or group that was seated near me for unexpectedly paying for my meal on Saturday 5.4.2024. Returned on May 20, 2025 and was served my Madi. Her waitress skills were spectacular and her food recommendations were amazing!!
