What a little gem of a restaurant, extremely unique menu, burnt carrots and artichoke toast were tremendous paired together, the seafood risotto was incredible and the wine paired very well. The steal of the show might be the Tomato is a Fruit cocktail, dirty martini vibe mixed with subtle bloody Mary flavors, it was like nothing I’ve ever experienced. On top of the food and drinks the service was second to none. We will certainly be back!

Dang! We randomly found this spot and got a seat at the small bar area. The place is very cozy and the service was extremely pleasant. There is a really cute bartender running the show and she is wicked good at her craft.
The food was very tasty, chicken Parma and a Steak dish with salad and focaccia bread.
Fun experience away from the Stillwater path.

Loved our meal and the wait staff! The location is small but friendly, we ended up talking to just about every table around us, incidentally. People all sparking up conversation about what to eat or their experience, everyone having a great time! Loved it and will be returning!

We visited Olio in Bayport and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the food is simply outstanding — every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The drinks were creative and refreshing, making the whole experience even better. Service was friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely be back for more!

Incredible food, and great service. We sat at the bar, and the bartender (Mitchell) is very personable, and knowledgeable about every menu item and cocktail. We had one of the app specials, Tallegio arancini, and it was super yummy. As others have mentioned – the sourdough focaccia with the sauce (and the herb butter it comes with) is INCREDIBLE. Along with the burnt carrots app. I had the casarecce (so delicious!), and my friend had the radiatore (she loved it!). 4 perfect cocktails, and a rich, delightful hazelnut chocolate cake as well. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed dining at the bar, where Tracy mixed superb cocktails and took care of our special vegetarian and other needs graciously. Our favorite items included the burnt carrots and the seasonal peach and tomato burrata salad, but the homemade pastas did not disappoint in any way. It can be difficult to get a a table in this small and intimate restaurant, so reserve ahead if you can. The atmosphere was relaxed, and it was easy to talk and hear despite the lively pace of things. We have a new favorite restaurant and will definitely be going back!

Such a fantastic place to have authentic Italian food. Been here for dinner at least 3 times in the past year and every experience has been great. Thank you to everyone working at Olio for making “date night” at Olio’s memorable!

What a gem. The team here has so much heart and it shows on every plate. There’s a charming feel to this cozy and thoughtfully designed space, where you’d be happy with a glass of wine and a bowl of pasta at the bar or multiple courses at a full table. Cocktails are balanced and interesting, wine list nudges your knowledge of Italian options in new and (really!) affordable ways. Definitely one to visit more than once for a chance to sample all that’s on the menu.

Delightful, charming, warm and outstanding! Burrata squash composition was perfection. The short ribs and polenta was beautifully done as was the spaghetti with shrimp dish. Really a flawless presentation and on a Monday night. We were very impressed! Highly recommend.
